Our 2250 sq. ft home PLUS rooftop deck with Jacuzzi gives you approximately 3000 sq feet to enjoy in the heart of down town Huntington Beach on a quite friendly street approximately 1/2 of a mile from the beach. Most rooms have a TV with cable, (master bedroom TV is a smart TV so you can access your Netflix account etc.) the living room has a 52 inch wide high definition wide screen TV with DVD and we offer high speed wireless internet access. Main Street is less than five short blocks away and takes about five minutes to walk to. Pet(s) require advance approval by owner, signing a separate Pet-Friendly rental contract, and may require paying a deposit/pet cleaning fee/insurance.
Bedding: Master: Cal King and Queen bed (2 beds in the master bedroom with plenty of room to set up 2 queen size air mattresses if need) and the crib is set up.

2 living rooms have a couch and Bali daybed for 3 people to sleep if needed
Amenities include a fireplace, therapeutic Jacuzzi with of 45 jets, cable TV, a CD player, a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, linens, a washer, dryer, garage, gas grill (barbecue), boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are provided.

The garage is used for storage of bikes and owners car Sept -June, but there is 1 parking spot behind the garage and plenty of parking on the street right outside the front door. If you're on a business trip, bring the whole family. You can work in peace in the office, which includes,, Internet, and a desk -- all for guests' use. We are just up the street from the Huntington Beach Hyatt and Hilton if you are here for a convention.
Take an evening walk or a mid-day bike ride to fabulous shopping and dinning. Enjoy sunbathing at the beach or just people-watching. Everything you need from an evening barbecue to a day at the beach is on the premises.

About Mike and Chanti Hermanns
Hello, I am Mike Hermanns born and raised in Huntington and we have been on VRBO since 2002 and we manage quite a few furnished rentals. I went to Edison High School, college in San Luis Obispo, and eventually came back to Orange county. I can not believe what a vacation destination my sleepy little town has turned into. I was one of the first furnished rentals in the downtown Huntington Beach 15 years ago. I look forward to sharing all that this town has to offer with you. This home sits on a larger lot than most homes in the area offering more square footage and space between you and your neighbors. The Jacuzzi is wonderful and since we are not in the numbered streets you can always find parking right out front as well as behind our garage. There are nice views from the roof top deck.

We truly recommend this home for a dream California style vacation. Spacious home and easily accommodated our family with amazing Jacuzzi. WE HAD A FANTASTIC VACATION
THIS HOME WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, WE ENDED UP WITH MORE FAMILY THAN WE THOUGHT. THE OLDER KIDS WALKED TO THE BEACH AND WE ALL WALKED TO RESTURANTS NEAR BY. THIS HOME IS CUTE AS CAN BE AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT IT WAS VERY CLEAN. IT IS WELL SUPPLIED WITH BEACH TOWELS WHICH WE THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO HAVE TO PURCHASE. THANK GOODNESS FOR THAT. THANKS MIKE WE REALLY ENJOYED IT.
Location was okay. Overall home was less than expected.
We always enjoy Southern California. The home was okay but not as nice as the price would indicate. We will find another place to stay when we come back.
Great experience, clean house, fantastic location
My family rented this house for Thanksgiving to be close to other family members who live locally and for its proximity to the beach. This house did not disappoint as it was spacious and clean and close to all the action. Working with Mike was a postive experience as well as he helped us through the whole process. I would definitely go through Mike again in future rentals.
Bike team loves this treat Hide-Out
We have been staying in that house for the third year in a row now. I really have to say that everyone in our group is looking forward to it every year as it makes our HB visit so much better. We´re a bicycle team with 6-8 people and after a long day on the road and training, we really appreciate our "hide out".
The house with all the different spacious rooms offer a lot of privacy, but also provides great spots for collective hang-out´s.
The outside areas with the BBQ and the hot tub, or the roof top are perfect to relax and chill after a long day of exploring and riding.
The location couldnt be better either, the house sits in a really quiet residential neighborhood and the beach, or HB pier are just a 5min bike ride away. All supermarkets are easy to access via Beach Blvd.
The House is super clean and provides everything you need. On top, Mike really does a great job supporting any needs.
What can I say, already looking forward to our next stay.

Great location. Short walk to shops dining and beach without the beach mayhem. This is a quite street tucked away with great views of the bluff.

Pet(s) are permitted on a case-by-case basis, and must be approved with owner PRIOR to arrival. We require a separate Pet-Friendly rental contract to be signed which includes rules regarding pet-friendly areas in the house, pet waste, excessive barking, flea management, etc. Additional cleaning fees and/or accidental damage insurance may also be required. THERE IS A ONE-WEEK MINIMUM STAY DURING SUMMER PEAK SEASON (JUNE 15-AUGUST 15) Thanksgiving has a 5 night minimum.
