About Nancy Culver
Phil, Nancy, RoseMary and Paul have been longtime friends and decided to purchase a vacation home together. After several visits to other locations decided Loreto Bay was a prefect fit!!
Nancy Culver purchased this House in 2008
Why Nancy Culver chose Loreto
Loreto is simply a breathtaking place like no other vacation spot they had traveled. The Mountains are beautiful and the Sea of Cortez is forever....Loreto is a small town with very nice locals and great spots to visit...the restaurants are like no other place..wonderful food at small dives......great fishing, ..it is truly a unique place and very relaxing..no fast food here!!!!
What makes this House unique
Our casita is located in the Founders Neighborhood. We were some of the first to purchase a casita in Loreto Bay. We actually purchased a piece of dirt with stakes marking our home. We chose our location because it is between the posada (main Street) and the beach, close to the hotel. We chose our floor plan because it is large with nice size rooms. We had all our wood furniture custom made in Mexico (that was a good trip!). We purchased all housewares from the states and had shipped to our new home. We have purchased decorative items from locals in Loreto. Every trip we find something we can't live without!!!! We tried to think of everything we would need for an extented stay. We take great pride in our home!!!!

This home had everything advertised and more! Lovely comfortable furniture - enough seating in living room for 6 people, 6 big comfy chairs around a table upstairs on balcony as well as two very comfortable lounge chairs. Beds were king size and also comfortable. It was very private to have 3 bedrooms with their own baths. Kitchen had every utensil you would ever need, lots of dishes. The owner left plenty of laundry detergent for our entire stay and she had the management bring a 5 gallon? (Big water dispenser bottle) of purified drinking water which was very nice. The manager was very nice, the entire house was spotless and the floors were shining. Quiet, great location in Founders neighborhood so close to lap pool, coffee shop, wine bar, regular swimming pool, etc. The deck provides plenty of sun and shade - whichever you are seeking. Hide-a-bed sofa upstairs is great for young children (not for adults). You won’t go wrong with this house. My only angst about it was the late delivery of the check-in procedure - at less than 5 days I still hadn’t heard how I would get into the house, etc. An email arrived later that day following an urgent request. So all was well and went smoothly.
All the villas are made with local materials and local craftsmen. Ecologically friendly in every way
We love Loreto Bay. The villa was a good space for three couples, clean, well furnished except for placement of dining table right in entry. The outdoor common space needs some furniture so we could have breakfast in the sun. Close to beach. We would book it again if those improvements were made
The property was very beautiful, well maintained. The people are very nice and want your stay to be a great one.
The landscaping was so gorgeous ,with all the plants, flowers, and peaceful fountains. We were very happy in Loreto bay , it was our families first time visiting. We will be coming back.
We enjoyed the casa. It was centrally located and provided everything we needed for our stay.
Older unit but well maintained. Didn’t have a 3rd floor viewing tower but close to lap pool and beach.
The property was very nice with plenty of space for two families with teenagers. Loved the neighborhood. Beautiful landscaping.
