This beautiful 2000 square-foot executive 'heated-pool' home is located in an exclusive golf-course community called 'The Estates'. It is a very quiet environment of up-scale, well-kept, professionally-landscaped homes. My particular home is handicap accessible and is very clean with beautiful interior decorations and very fine furniture. If you appreciate well made furniture of yesteryear when cherry, mahogany, oak, and other exotic wood was used to make furniture then you'll appreciate our interior decorum. Even the tables in the living room are topped with fine Italian marble. What you'll find in most of the vacation rental homes is 'Florida' furniture.
If you enjoy golf then you'll appreciate that 'The Links' golf course, considered one of the finest in the area, is within walking distance of the home. Many residents, do, in fact, walk to the clubhouse. The clubhouse is free for your use as my guest and you'll find a complete exercise room as well as other amenities such as a pool table, lounge area, etc. There's even a community pool if you're so inclined to use it. Most folks simply prefer to walk out their own door and enjoy their own private pool. The swimming pool is a very large 16' x 32' and is heated by an efficient heat pump. Please note that pool heating is optional at a cost of $400/month. If it's the beach that you prefer, you'll find our local Hudson Beach to be a short 10 minute drive away.
As soon as you walk through the double front doors of this beautiful home you'll immediately notice the cathedral ceiling of this lovely living room with the very fine furniture that I mentioned earlier. You'll be able to enjoy the 52" HDTV and DVD/VCR player that's available to you there, along with wireless (or wired) Internet service. One of the nicest views from the living room is the pool. There's a set of double slider doors right there for you to use to access the lanai and pool area. In fact many of my past guests have commented to us about nice it is to enjoy dinner 'pool-side' while taking in the beautiful Florida sunset and the warm gulf breezes. There are two sets of patio furniture under that lanai which allows you to invite your friends over for a nice get-together while utilizing the Char Broil stainless steel BBQ grilling station. Please note that you can rent the BBQ grill for $100/month and another $100 fee to clean it for you if you choose not to leave it in the same clean condition that you found it in when you depart. We respectfully ask that you clean it thoroughly before you leave. Please note that lining it with heavy duty aluminum foil before you use it helps speed the cleaning task.
When it comes to the accommodations, I think most of my guests have been pleased with the very spacious 14' x 20' master bedroom. In your own private retreat you'll find a 'California King' king-size bed with upgraded mattress & box springs. You'll also find a very large walk-in closet with enough room for two wardrobes worth of clothing. It’s so large that I’ve stored an extra twin-size bed in it just in case you need to set this up for a child or infant within the extra-large master bedroom. Attached to the master bedroom is a beautiful tiled master bathroom featuring double sinks, a garden-style soaking tub, a two-person tiled glass shower, and a private enclosed toilet area.
On the opposite end of the house are the second and third bedrooms. This floor plan allows ample privacy for all guests. The second bedroom features a large closet and a newer mattress & box spring set. The third bedroom features two twin beds with newer mattresses and box springs. You’ll also find two chests of drawers for storing clothes. This particular bedroom also has a nice set of sliders that overlook the pool and allow immediate access to that pool if desired. Separating these bedrooms is a full bathroom with large walk-in tiled shower, double sinks, and toilet. There’s also a linen closet for towels, etc.
In the kitchen you’ll find all the necessities that make a house a home. The refrigerator has a built-in ice maker and the kitchen faucet has a “filtered water” option. You'll also notice that the dishwasher has been updated with a large-capacity, multi-cycle Whirlpool model. In the laundry room you’ll find a large capacity washer & dryer which are aided by the whole-house water softener. Throughout the home you’ll find ceiling fans for circulating the warm gulf breezes. There's also have a nice two-car garage that you’re welcome to park your car in when you’re staying as a guest. To aid you in 'staying in touch' I've added free calling to all of the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
There are several grocery stores and a wide variety of restaurants just a few minutes away. I also strongly recommend that you take a pleasant 20 minute drive north of Hudson to Weekee Watchee, in Homosassa Springs, where the manatees play. If you've never seen these gentle giants of sea before it's well worth your time to check this out!
PLEASE NOTE: THIS HOME IS A LONG-TERM RENTAL HOME. This means that it can only be rented for periods of 28 days or longer. This is due to “deed restrictions” in “The Estates” area. I inherited this fine home from my parents and I chose to retain it rather than sell it. Until I sell the home I would like others to be able to enjoy it.

My home is located in a very quiet, serene community. There are neighborhood patrols who regularly drive through the area in an effort to keep everyone safe. I've not had any problems with crime and this is one of the reasons that I enjoy the area so much. The beach is just a few short minutes away by car and it's a smaller, more intimate beach so you don't feel 'crowded'. My area is far enough north of the 'big city life' but not too far in case you want to take a day trip to Tampa or St. Pete.
My wife and I stayed the month of July and the place was everything it said it was we loved it. the photos were on the money and the lady in charge was very helpful and the owner was very nice to talk too and was very straight about everything. I would recommend this to everyone you will be pleased.
We had the pleasure of renting this beautifull house first week of August for family vacation. House had everything we needed. It was clean, confortable and in quiet neighborhood. Beautifull patio and pool was a plus. We all loved it and enjoyed every momemt we spent in there. Mr Burzynski thank you for allowing as to enjoy our vacation in your beautifull house. My family agreed this was the best vacation we ever had and we recomend this house to anybody!
This house has everything you need and more to make an enjoyable holiday. The owners and propert managers are one of the best teams i have dealt with . The description and other comments tell you that it is well situated and very clean . The huge pool is a bonus and should provide any rentor with hours of fun . We have rented this beautiful house this last Easter. The home was very clean, very well furnished, nd comfortable. The best was the pool, my children loved it, they spent hours in the water.
The neigborhood is quiet with a very nice golf course.
The owner Mr. Burzynski and his property manager Angela were excellent to deal with, they are very nice. It was a pleasure.
Our stay in this house was very enjoyable! The setting is peaceful and the house is very comfortable and well equipped! The patio and pool are lovely and the house blocks the wind which was wonderful to lay out in! I would definitely recommend this house to anybody!
My sister and I spent our vacaton in this beautiful home. It was quiet, comfortable furnished and close to many attractions. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was large and comfortable. With the new Suncoast Parkway Tampa Airport and Clearwater Beach are only 45 min away. Orlando is two hours and there are many places inbetween. The best part of the house was the pool. It stayed at 84 degrees in July, morning and evening. We enjoyed swimming and floating in the morning before we went out and in the evening after a day of running around.
The owner Dave Burzynski and the property manager Angela were wonderful to deal with. I have never rented a house before and Dave answered all of my questions and was very helpful in making our arrangements. Angela met us and showed us around, she was a pleasure to met. We are already planning our next visit and will recomend this beautiful home to our friends and family. It was great.

$500 security deposit is required & $120 cleaning fee is charged. Rentals include local/LD phone service, cable TV, weekly pool service & utilities. A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the total rent is due to reserve; 75% of the total rent is due 3 months in advance of arrival. The $500 security deposit is due 3 months prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded within 14 days if there's no damage. Pool heating fee is $400/month and recommended from Oct. 1 through April 30.
