Guests of the Villa have described it with words such as “paradise” & “magical.” The Villa sleeps 6 maximum. The daily rate quoted on this website is for a 5-day stay; the daily rate for stays longer than 5 days is lower. Property Description: The property in covered with mature oak trees, is adjacent to vineyards. Deer, wild turkey, rabbits and other wildlife are part of the landscape. A large swimming pool sits behind the main house and looks out to the scenic east hills and the luscious grounds. (The deep blue plaster gives it the rich color.) Various fruit trees and bushes (wild blackberries, apples, lemons, peaches, figs) provide year-round treats.

Interior Description: Inside there are spacious living areas and Old-world décor: rich fabrics, rustic finishes, textured walls and subdued lighting. The living room has a gas-starter fireplace. For outdoor cooks there is a propane gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a grand feast that you can enjoy outdoors sitting on cast iron swivel rockers under a covered pergola. Alternatively, you may sit indoor at the hand-made, imported 9 ft table. In either case, you will be able to view the neighboring vineyard.

Retire at night into one of the 3 bedrooms all with lush bedding including down comforters. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom with a tub/shower and double sink vanity. The second bedroom with a queen bed overlooks the courtyard and has a bathroom with shower next to it. The third bedroom with two twin beds (that can be prepared as a king) and its adjacent bathroom are filled with windows overlooking the grounds.

Additional Information: Modern conveniences include air conditioning, wireless internet (free), a flat-screen internet TV, a double oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a trash compactor and hairdryers in each bathroom.

Exterior only video cameras may monitor common areas (e.g., walkways, driveways, parking areas, grounds) for unusual activity, but should not be relied upon as a security method.

If further accommodations are needed, the Birdhouse Cabin, with its original 1920s details and charming décor is available.

About Nancy

We have lived in the SF bay area for over 25 years. We take incredibly pride in our property and want to share it with those who appreciate it and will take care of it. We have enjoyed immensely getting to know many quality families and groups over the years and look forward to meeting more. We value open and honest communications.

Why Nancy chose Napa Valley

Our home was inspired by the houses in Tuscany where we vacationed: old world charm but with lots of luxury.

What makes this villa unique

The setting is rural so it is very peaceful--just what is needed to get away from daily life. Everything is the home is intended to make those that stay there feel special.

Guestbook comments from the owner

This was a little bit of “Heaven on Earth.” We loved living in the Villa. Thanks again. –– Ken P. & family (Lima OH)

Like Italy in Napa

  • 5 of 5

My husband and our grown children stayed at here so that we could all be together in a setting that was more like home, but at the same time was special. Villa Napa met all our expectations and then-some. The house is well maintained and clean. Lots of bonuses set it apart from other properties.Things like the large plank hardwood floors, ceramic tiled kitchen and hand plastered walls made us feel like we were in Italy. It was easy to get to, just enough off the beaten path so we could get away from the crowds. The owner was very helpful and accommodated our late arrival and gave lots of helpful suggestions. Only bad thing was that we had to leave, but with great memories.

We loved loved loved our stay at Villa Napa. Three couples who have known each other for years and are now spread out throughout U.S. got to spend quality time together. The home is quite close to all the attractions we wanted (there are many around) as well as conveniences, but it is located in a very quiet setting. Everything about the house is better than we had expected - even plastered walls and shower/bath enclosures (like Italy!). There were so many great restaurants around we didn't use the kitchen as much as we thought we would (though it had all that we needed), but it was nice to have breakfasts together on a beautiful table looking out onto the vineyard as we prepared for our day. When we came back later, it was so nice for each couple to have their own bedroom as well as bathroom. The pool area was a bonus because the setting is so lovely we saw lots of animals (rabbits, quail, fox) while sitting outside. Owner is very attentive and quick to communicate. We are already planning our next trip! Best vacation house I've stayed in (and there have been many.) Thanks for everything!

Peaceful Villa Napa

  • 4 of 5

Stay was Sept 14-19th, 3 couples of us. We certainly enjoyed Villa Napa especially the peace and quiet of the grounds and area. A good night's sleep was had by all of us every night. We found the interior clean, neat and comfortable while we were there. The kitchen facilities were more than adequate as we just had coffee each morning then off to wineries and restaurants each day. If looking for someplace close to "the action", Villa Napa is not down-town Napa, but the drive into town was easy to do and conveniences easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to couples looking for the Napa experience.

Beautiful Interior Lovely Setting

  • 5 of 5

We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. The accommodations were just wonderful - very comfortable with lots of style and amenities. It was perfect for our group of 6 because everyone had privacy at night in our own rooms and bathrooms. I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. Easy to get to wineries, stores, town etc.. Owner was pleasure to work and went beyond call of duty to help us get settled. Wildlife (2 moms with 3 Bambis) was an unexpected bonus. Would highly recommend!!!!

Serene setting close to conveniences

  • 5 of 5

We've been meaning to write a review for some time. This is the second time we've stayed at Villa Napa. It is exquisitely decorated with a real old world Tuscan feel. Very clean, obvious pride of ownership. Lots of land to walk around, with many oak trees, wild life (we spotted a fox, quail, deer, rabbit to name a few), and most importantly, peacefulness. Just lovely to come back to after a day of wine tasting. Highly recommend.
