Seascape is a great place for your vacation. The Resort has 5 pools, 8 tennis courts, golf, and lots of meandering roads for walking.
Our condo is especially oriented to families; WE DO NOT RENT TO THOSE UNDER 25 UNLESS IN A FAMILY GROUP.
We furnish the following supplies which will last a week - dish detergent, laundry detergent, fabric softener, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, lotion,soap, paper towels, toilet paper. You will also find first aid supplies, nail polish remover, hair spray, emory boards, sewing supplies for repair, coolers, etc. The kitchen is equipped with all needed spices, sugar, flour, tea, etc. You will find that most of these things are not furnished at other condos. Think how much money you will save here (and time spent shopping or packing!).
There are 2 king size beds and twin beds plus a sofa sleeper.
Amenities include 4 flat screen TVs , a Blu-ray & 2 DVD players, a CD player, a washer/dryer, a carport/porch with rocking chairs. All linens, including beach towels, are furnished.
Although our unit is in the midst of a busy 230-acre resort we are located on a cul-de-sac, consequently the lack of traffic makes it a safer place for children. Our enclosed courtyard is a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. You will find a storage box with beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys located on our patio. There is a patio table with 2 chaise lounges a wicker settee, 2 side tables and a coffee table. . The courtyard is edged by flowers; maybe you will water them while spraying off the beach sand
Tennis courts are located at the entrance to our street and one of the 5 pools is very near our condo. All of Seascape's condos are across the street from the Gulf. You can walk from the condo to the beach in about 5 minutes or you can use Seascape's 'on property' parking lot so you won't have to get into the beach road traffic.
Once you view the sugar-white sand and emerald green waters of this particular part of the Gulf of Mexico, you'll fall in love with Seascape and Destin. It's a combination that you won't find elsewhere in Florida. In addition to simply enjoying the beauty of this area, in the summer you can jet ski, parasail, scuba, snorkel, surf, and even play volleyball.
Destin's fishing opportunities are second to none, with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the huge bay on the other side.
And if you are a shopper, check out the Silver Sands Outlet Mall with over 100 stores. It's less than a mile from Seascape's entrance. This is a shopper's 'dream come true'. Destin has a water park, miniature golf, and go-carts. These are just a few of the things that children of all ages might enjoy. There is also a bike rental available at the resort. Tennis clinics are available for the children in the summer.
Although Seascape has over 1000 condos, ours is located on the second street up from the beach road. We think you'll agree that we have one of the best locations at Seascape.
Compare our price to 2 bedroom units and think how much you'll enjoy the extra space that a 3 bedroom condo offers.
My husband and I are retired educators. We bought a two bedroom condo at Seascape in 1990 but we sold that one and got a 3 bedroom unit soon after our grandchildren started arriving! We try to furnish almost everything here that we have at home. Please be sure to look at all the pictures and read the reviews.

We fell in love with Seascape the first time we saw it. Our condo is close to the beach, yet at the end of a cul-de-sac so there are no traffic problems.
In my opinion, you will be hard pressed to find a better experience in renting a condo in Destin, if not the entire HomeAway website. The condo is just as pictured (minus the carpet, was replaced with hardwood flooring). It was quiet, safe feeling, convenient to the resorts amenities, close to the beach, in under 20 minutes driving you could be ANYWHERE around the Destin area. Lee Ann was wonderful to work with. She was very straight forward and provided a ton of local knowledge via extra emails and stashed items at the condo; like take out menus from many of the local restaurants. We loved having access to the Seascape parking lot across from the Whales Tail restaurant, which was one of the many perks of staying at the condo. Between the coolers, chairs, beach mats, umbrellas, towels and various swimming equipment, it made getting all the stuff we "needed" to the beach very easy. The condo has tons of extras that you would want, from extra fans, folding chairs, a pack and play, extra tables, a sewing kit, muffin pans, wine bottle stoppers, board games, DVD's, CD's and on and on. They definitely thought of it all. We loved our stay there and we will be a return customer the next visit to the beach we get to enjoy.
I've lost count but I think this is at least our 5th time staying at Lee Ann's condo. We've been vacationing at Seascape since 2002 and this is by far the nicest condo. This unit is next to the last on a quiet culdesac. Tennis courts are located at the end of the street, the pool is about a block and a half away, and the beach is a 5-minute walk. There are plenty of amenities inside to entertain kids if there's a rainy day. This is a great place for family vacations, girls and/or guys get away golf vacations. We will be back again.
We have been vacationing in Destin for 9 years, and have stayed in several different locations. We found this condo to be exactly as advertised. The resort was well maintained and felt very safe. The owner communicates very well and is generous with her well- stocked kitchen and baths. We would recommend this family friendly, spacious, well-stocked condo to friends.
This condo is exactly like the pictures on the web site. It has everything you can think of and a lot of things that you might not expect, but are very useful. It is just a short walk from the beach and is very quiet at night. There are 2 bedrooms and one bath upstairs and one bedroom and a bath downstairs, making it great for 2 generations of a family. the condo was clean and well maintained. The owner is very easy to work with and we had no problems with the condo during our stay. I would recommend it to friends and relatives. We had a wonderful stay at this condo!
We loved the condo, it had everything we needed, great extras too. Lee Ann has thought of everything and had excellent customer service. Very clean, great location.
This is our 4th or 5th time to stay in Lee Ann and Bob's condo because Lee Ann makes us feel like family - not just another renter. It's a great and comfy home! Fully stocked kitchen with many things that most beach homes do not have. Perfect location for shopping and walking on the the beautiful beach. We walk to Pompano Joe's for dinner 1/2 mile from condo. The Whale's Tail bar and grill is 5 minute walk. Circle K quick stop on beach access road is at the entrance for milk and snacks - 3 minute walk. The Winn Dixie grocery story is 1 mile from condo and so is Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Perfect location! Very quiet, at the end of cul-de-sac in the tennis villas. We always love it here. Lee Ann responds immediately if we have a question about anything about the condo or where to shop or eat. The weather was gorgeous and so was the water. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!
