Our three-bedroom/two-and-a half-bath home offers 180-degree ocean views from the living room, kitchen, formal dining area, master bedroom and two balconies -- where you'll witness the best sunsets that California has to offer with Catalina island in the background on the clear days. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, + air mattresses and cots.
The beach is very close, google maps shows our home as 300 feet or 91 meters from the sand which takes me less than 10 minutes to walk.

FYI the wifi has a Download speed is 100 MBPS wich is considered fast in most areas of the USA.

We offer on-site tennis courts and swimming pool heated to 85 degrees year round, as well as a Jacuzzi and sauna and BBQ area not to be confused with the BBQ at the home. The beach is just a 7 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride away; so you won't need to worry about finding parking and everything you'll need for a day on the beach is provided.
Visit Disneyland, just 20 minutes away; or enjoy our 15-mile beach boardwalk along the coast. Great for one or two families.
Our home is very bright and sunny, and offers more amenities than any hotel in the area -- at a better price

Hello, I am Mike Hermanns born and raised in Huntington and we have been on VRBO since 2002 and we manage quite a few furnished rentals. I went to Edison High School, college in San Luis Obispo, and eventually came back to Orange county. I can not believe what a vacation destination my sleepy little town has turned into. Great view, layout, pool, hot tub and location! Needs fresh coat of paint and kitchen updating.
Stayed at this condo for five nights around Thanksgiving (2 families - 4 adults, 3 kids). We all agreed that the layout, amenities and view were great. Everyone had a comfortable bed with nice linens. The kids really enjoyed all the games in the garage and toys to take to the beach. The big modern dining room table was perfect for our group, however some of the furnishings were getting worn out and looked very dirty/stained. The place could really use a fresh coat of paint (especially door trims, baseboards and stair railings - lots of spots where paint is chipping or heavily scuffed). There are also holes in the walls that need to be patched. The only MAJOR downfall of this rental, however, is the kitchen. The cabinets, countertops and appliances are all very old and worn out. The kitchen is also not well equipped. There were a few decent pots and pans, but only two small, old non-stick pans (try frying bacon for 7 people!), no spices except salt and pepper, lots of chipped dishes, one ice tray, and no wine glasses. We ended up eating out or getting take-out most of the time rather than cooking as we had planned. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but felt that there were too many inconsistencies in quality to justify the cost of this rental.
Thanks for the feedback. As you can see we just upgraded the bathrooms and next on the list is the kitchen and interior paint, than we want to refinish the wall around the fireplace to make it more modern. We hope you will come again!
The fact that the Condo had the BEST VIEWS along with an INCREDIBLE layout AND it comfortably accommodated my entire family of 9 MADE IT A VERY MEMORABLE VACATION which means we will DEFINITELY BE BACK HERE FOR OUR FAMILY VACATIONS!!!!!

I COULD WAKE UP TO THIS VIEW EVERY DAY
My family and I traveled from MN to CA. We had a group of 8 that stayed. There was plenty of room for all of us. The home is beautiful and was I titled my review, the view is amazing. There was a great breeze coming in off of the ocean which kept the home cool. In looking at the pictures, you can imagine what the sunsets were like! We enjoyed the pool but also made our way down to the beach and shops. If you are considering renting this property you won't be disappointed. The neighbors are also very friendly.
Out of all the properties that I manage this is my favorite because of the view and the location to the beach. The pool is just fantastic and if you play tennis it is even more fun. Thanks for taking the time to write this positive review this helps keep the momentum going as it is a lot of work to manage these vacation rentals.

Good communication with owners... Great views. About a 2 mile walk or bike ride to the pier. Spring break with the family... Pool was nice. We enjoyed our stay!
Perfect place for family vacation
We recently stayed at this wonderful property. It was exactly as advertised. The house was clean with all necessary amenities. The kitchen was user-friendly. We were 7 people and were comfortably accommodated. We enjoyed the bicycles, beach equipment and the communal pool. The beach was conveniently close by car as was Disney. We went to the Frog House diving store and had wonderful service and reasonably priced rentals. Excellent choice for a family vacation.

Beautiful View, Quiet Residence, Great Location.
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well maintained with a wonderful view from everywhere. It was great to have so many bathrooms. The pool and hot tub at the property were great, about a two block walk into the association. The beach was close enough to enjoy the view and visit. For people with small children it is good to have a wagon, the condo is located on top of a hill. The price was reasonable.

Pet(s) are permitted on a case-by-case basis, and must be approved with owner PRIOR to arrival. We require a separate Pet-Friendly rental contract to be signed which includes rules regarding pet-friendly areas in the house, pet waste, excessive barking, flea management, etc. Additional cleaning fees and/or accidental damage insurance may also be required. THERE IS A ONE-WEEK MINIMUM STAY DURING SUMMER PEAK SEASON (JUNE 15-AUGUST 15) Thanksgiving has a 5 night minimum.
