GREAT CONDO...GREAT VALUE!!! TOTALLY REMODELED THROUGHOUT---floor to ceiling!!! GORGEOUS SAND BEACH!!!! Call Owners for rates as VRBO many times quotes the daily rate higher than it is.

Cleaning fee included in rate quote for 7+ day rentals only. Quoted prices are for Saturday to Saturday time frames or within the Sat. to Sat. time frame. Rental dates outside of Sat.-Sat. may be considered (but not in high season).

PETS NOT ALLOWED in condo or on building premises--as per condominium by-laws. We bought in the Sea Breeze because we have many people in our family with severe allergies to pets.

This is a NON-SMOKING (on the interior of the) unit. Smokers are asked to smoke outside--preferably not on the balcony.

While our whole building has cable, only 3/56 units in our building have SECURE wireless, password protected. We contracted separately with Brighthouse Networks to have SECURE wireless for our renters as we like to have it ourselves. We feel safer with the secure and hope you will, too. Please sign in to our secure wireless site--otherwise you will be on the non-secure building site. Just ask the rental agency for the code or check for the info in the 3 ring binder on dining room bookcase.

This unit is a direct gulf front unit on the white sands of Madeira Beach on the Gulf of Mexico (western side of Florida)--just blocks from Johns Pass in Treasure Island/St. Petersburg and 30 minutes south of Clearwater.

Here truly the Sea Breezes await you.

Unit located near elevator in middle of building--nice view of pool and hot tub but not over pool. Our unit overlooks bocce ball court and has great views of the wide expanse of white sand beach, cabanas, pool and hot tub.

Pool and hot tub set up is one of only a few on the beach with the pool located between the sand beach and the building and not on the side of the building.

The large, open fully remodeled kitchen comes with all appliances, (refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave, coffee maker 2015), oven, toaster oven, blender, dishes, cookware and all the utensils you will need to cook or bake.

2016 MBR and BDR 2 Carpeting, 2nd BDR Dresser, mirror, lamps, flat screen t.v.

2013 COMPLETE REMODEL of living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and baths. Both baths feature granite counters, retextured walls and ceilings and new paint throughout the unit. Nice and neat and clean!

The master bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, 2 full dressers, 2 mirrors, SECURE wireless (all units in building have cable but not secure wireless), cable, flat screen t.v., walk in closet and direct access to balcony.

Private bath off master with granite counter, 2 sinks and full walk-in shower with seat.

The second bedroom has queen-sized bed, large dresser with mirror, bookcase, desk, chair and flat screen t.v. It offers a direct view of Boca Ciega Bay and is adjacent to the second remodeled bath with granite counters, cherry cabinetry and a full-sized tub with shower.

The living room provides a queen-sized sofa sleeper with matching love seat. 42 inch smart t.v. and entertainment center (2014) is set up with blue ray dvr and a vhs player. Entertainment center holds many DVDs and VHS movies from which to choose.

Furnace-air with ultraviolet mold inhibitors new in 2012--new ultraviolet light filter 2016.

Sensor temps for bathroom faucets to control temperature installed in June, 2010 after new water system was installed in the building which caused some hot water problems. No troubles since their installation

All linen (1 set for your stay at the onset) provided except beach towels.

Ask us about sand chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, and the deck box full of toys, etc. when you call.

Your stay will leave you with lots of great memories: breathtaking Gulf sunsets and panoramic beach views from the private balcony.

Chances are you will have sightings of dolphins swimming by in the warm gulf waters--not guaranteed, however. My husband tells me they come out early in the morning and I have seen them almost every evening just around sunset.

You will remember the fun you had swimming in the heated pool or the gulf of Mexico, the relaxation in the spacious spa/hot tub in the pool area which is just adjacent to the beach.

And, of course, for young and older--- the youthful excitement of building sand castles on the beach, the challenge of playing bocce ball (bocce balls are not provided--must bring your own), shuffleboard or the enjoyment of a cool refreshment in the shade of a tiki hut.

There is an exterior barbeque poolside if you would like to grill.

Nearby amenities include the World Famous John's Pass fishing village--located within walking distance for dining, shopping, fishing, charter fishing, private boat rentals, jet-ski and parasailing.

Along Gulf Boulevard you will find lots of shops, restaurants, miniature golf, nightlife and a public trolley which travels the entire beach front from St. Petersburg to Clearwater!

A convenience store is across the street for quick snacks or refreshments. Grocery stores also are nearby.

Newspaper stands are on the premises.

Located within walking distance to an ice cream shop (the Candy Kitchen--ooooh, huge cones, great fudge), drugstore, pizza, beachwear shops, etc.

Tampa/Clearwater attractions, Busch Gardens, Fort De Soto Park (rated one of the best beaches in the U.S.), Disneyland, Hard Rock Casino (Tampa) and other attractions are only short distances away.

Rentals start at a MINIMUM of three days (condo association rules) in the slower season. Renters pay cleaning fee for 3-6 day rentals.

7 day Saturday to Saturday rentals required during the high seasons.

About Dick Henry

We are from Wisconsin and really enjoy visiting the condo but are only able to do so a few days a year--as we are both still working full time. I am a realtor in the Milwaukee area and my husband is an organizational consulting psychologist for large and small businesses.

Since we can't visit often, the next best thing is to share the experience with you. We love families who enjoy a nice beach experience. The time we like the best is sunset. I can't pry my husband out of 'his rocker' from one hour before sunset to one hour after. He loves it soooo much. We know you will, too.

Why Dick Henry chose Florida Central Gulf Coast

We bought this condo because of the beautiful views, expansive sand beach, location of the pool adjacent to sand with view of gulf and the wonderful ocean sounds. We love to sit on the balcony in the rockers and watch the sunsets! We wish we could visit more often. Twice a year for a few days is not enough! Within walking distance of Johns Pass. Great location for morning or evening walks on the beach or to the candy kitchen.

What makes this condo unique

The hot tub is situated so that you can see the sunsets from the hot tub or pool or the privacy of your own balcony. Not many condo complexes have hot tubs and it is an aspect we REALLY enjoy.

We contracted with Brighthouse Networks to have SECURE wireless in our unit. Our condo complex has cable and wireless but it is not a SECURE password protected wireless as our unit is.

Our complex has the only bocce ball court on the beach.

Nice to have a convenience store across the street in case you are without a car.

Also the trolley stop is nearby. The trolley will take you north to Clearwater or South to St. Petersburg.

Condo was clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed in kitchen.

Nice location. Need a property manager on site. Glass beer by pool on windy day. About 20 boys mostly under 12 in hot tub jumping in and out. Kids in pool at midnight screaming Marco Polo and running in and out of the elevator.

Owner's Response: Hello Jo, Thanks for your thoughtful review. Yes, unfortunately, some guests ruin things for other guests. Our building (association)---as is the case with the great majority of buildings (associations) along the beaches---does not have 24 hour, on-site security. Normally, such problems do not arise, although during "high season" spring break periods, Fourth of July weekend, etc. we do hire off-duty police to monitor our building on a 24-hour basis. This is also unfortunately after-the-fact, since you have already left, but several years ago during one of our rare visits to our own condo I personally resorted to calling the local police when young people were making a lot of disturbance on our grounds, and they came right away and quelled and dispersed the group. Nonetheless, once the disturbance has occurred, its somewhat after-the-fact, I know. BTW, I have spoken with other board members at other associations, and this is simply an occasional problem that is lived with because of the considerable expense for having 24 hour on-site security. Please understand that this is not simply a lack of consideration for the quality of stay for our guests, yet nonetheless an overhead amount that owners do not want to pay relative to the infrequency of such disturbances. Summarily, our apology for any frustration that you may have experienced. Hopefully, this was counter-balanced by the enjoyment, and fun, that you had during your stay. Sincerely, Dick & Karen Henry

Awesome Condo, Great View, Great Beach, Great Location!

Everything was just as it was noted and explained to us. Reservations and check in were flawless. The condo is great, up to date and has everything you may need. Great ocean view from the oceanfront balcony! Beach was not crowded and only .6 miles from John's Pass Boardwalk. It was an easy walk whether by street or beach. The only reason we did not give 5 Stars was the dish washer does not rinse dishes well so when getting dishes from the cabinet from previous tenants they still had soap residue on them. We rinsed ours twice then just started hand washing them. But that was very minor over all and our stay was fabulous and we would definitely rent this condo again and completely recommend it!

Welcoming & comfortable

This was a lovely beach front condo. We had no difficulty finding the rental office, getting our keys out of hours then quickly & easily getting into our condo. The rental process was made simple by knowledgeable staff & generous owners. We found everything to be clean, comfortable & readily explained, like the new dishwasher door might stick, who to call if issues arose, etc. We had a beautiful view of the beach & enjoyed boats, birds, a sea turtle nest, dolphins & a manatee. There were plenty of things to do but it was also nice & relaxing. The only thing that was mildly bothersome was the sliding door to the patio. It was a little tricky to close but in the grand scheme of things, it was minor. We would definitely rent this condo again as well as recommending it to anyone who was planning a vacation.

Out of This World Wonderful!

This fabulous condo was a dream come true!!! It was newly updated with a great kitchen, bathrooms and spacious master bedroom with lovely new furniture. From an exquisite view of the beautiful, warm gulf to the powdery white sand beach just steps away, we simply couldn't have asked for anything more! There were lots of great restaurants nearby although we preferred to eat our meals on the balcony while watching the dolphins, assorted birds and incredible sunsets! Thank you Dick & Karen for sharing your paradise with us...we can't wait to return!
