THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE TETON MOUNTAINS IN TETON VALLEY (DRIGGS) IDAHO. JACKSON LOCATED 32 MILES AWAY ON EAST SIDE OF THE TETONS. Due to our short summer season, this property does not have air conditioning. Floor fans are provided in each room for your convenience.

This new town home is as comfortable as it is accessible to the great outdoors. Grand Targhee is a short 15 minute drive from the town home.

This beautiful home is located on the west side of the Tetons which is only a 35 minute breathtaking drive from Jackson, Wyoming. Nestled close to national forests, the springtime runoff from the mountains fills the Teton Creek that runs right behind the home; a sight to see while enjoying a relaxing soak from the home's private hot tub. Horseback riding, fishing, hiking, and golfing are just a few of the summer activities while the winter offers world class downhill and cross country skiing at Grand Targhee and not to mention the exciting snow mobile tours!

The town home features a nicely furnished living room with a 42 inch high definition, surround sound, flat screen television. The see-through gas fireplace on main floor sets the mood for a relaxing stay at home. A gas range stove and granite counter tops surround the fully equipped cozy kitchen. The attached two car garage with garage opener is available for your convenience. Two mountain bikes are also available to guests (inquire with Claudia for combo to unlock the bikes).

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS include a king master bedroom with shower and jacuzzi tub all with the finest linens with a walk out balcony. One queen guest bedroom sleeps two. The second guest bedroom includes a bunk bed with an additional queen bed that shares the 2nd bathroom. All bedrooms and two baths located on the second floor.

This Town home will sleep a total of SIX ADULTS and TWO SINGLES. An additional $65.00 charge per reservation for more that EIGHT people will be applied and a $125.00 hot tub use fee will apply to lodging fee's.

Nightly rates range from $155/night to $220/night (+ ID state lodging tax) depending on size of group and time of year.

A 50% deposit is required to book your vacation home. An active credit card will be held on file for cleaning and possible damages. Payment is required in full 30 days before arrival date. Please contact us for your total booking cost.

Since I have never reserved a vacation rental over the internet I was very nervous about doing so. I need not have worried. The condo was absolutely fantastic! It was Clean, totally equipped, and a pure pleasure to stay in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The customer service from Ms. Hill was outstanding. We accidently locked ourselves out and when we called and left a message, even though it was very late, Ms. Hill called us back. I would highly recommend Ms. Hill and the condo we stayed in to everyone. The whole vacation was an extremely pleasant experience. We look forward to visiting again. Oh, and I was pleasantly surprised to find my deposit check in the mailbox just tow days after I returned home. Super service!!!!

My town home is located in a very quiet neighborhood just three miles from downtown Driggs. You will find that you are eight miles from the Grand Targhee ski resort.

The perfect place to stay!

Our family of 5 adults could not have been happier with our stay! We loved the quiet, small-town feel of Driggs rather than staying in Jackson. And it's only an hour from the townhouse to Jackson Hole airport. The townhouse is exactly as clean and beautiful as the pictures. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and watching the creek while grilling up some dinner. And the hot tub was perfect for soaking after a long day of hiking in the Tetons! We were at Pendl's Bakery every morning for pastries and coffee. And the huckleberry shakes at Victor Emporium were delicious! There is a nice big grocery store called Boulim's, so we made our dinners at the townhouse. But both Driggs and Victor also have several restaurants that looked really good. Thanks for such a perfect place to stay! Hopefully we will be back sometime!!

Clean, but no TV and a hot tub no one would use

The property was clean.

We did not use the hot tub or want it, but there is no was to tell the rental management company "no"..so they charge you $180. Property said they would take the fee off, but have not.

One night we decided to watch TV, DISH was out. So no TV. Property Manager did pay for a drink at a bar in town so we could watch Thursday night football, but it was not the same.

There is a toaster oven, but no toaster.

So for 3 nights, no TV, hot tub charged for and not used.

I feel I was over charged.

I was never aware you did not use hot tub I will be glad to reimburse that fee. $180.? your nightly lodging was $160. Worth It

Beautiful and comfortable house. Hot tub was great. No complaints from any of the 8 of us.

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. All amenities with in a mile.

We recommend this property for any reason. We attended a wedding but if you just need a get away this is a good place.

Beautiful, relaxing

We had a great time in the Tetons. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room for groceries, nice big table that accommodated everyone, fantastic Master Suite. It snowed a lot while we were there and the garage was very nice to have to stay out of the storm. There isn't much space in the driveway to park additional cars, you could maybe get one in sideways. We also noticed that the complex was plowed out pretty soon after each storm. Skiing at Targhee was close and lots of fun. I would definitely recommend this property.

Exactly as Advertised - Great for Targhee Access

We had a great stay at this property over the Christmas holiday. Our party of five adults could not have been more comfortable. The home was exactly as advertised. We spent a number of days skiing at Grand Targhee and snowshoeing and xc skiing the many trails near the house. We were incredibly close to all of those activities and also an incredibly short drive into Driggs for groceries, restaurants, and the like. If you're looking to stay in Driggs or want a place near Targhee, I highly recommend this property.
