Bright, fresh, and airy perfectly describes this newly renovated condo on Amelia Island! This second-floor gem offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the oceanfront Beach Walker complex of the Omni Amelia Island Resort, formerly known as the Amelia Island Plantation. Come relish beachside living at it's finest with a quiet, picturesque seashore, an expansive complex pool, and miles of beautiful walking/biking trials.

Relax and wake up to the ocean sunrise, enjoy the easy access to the beach and splash around in the large, renovated complex pool. The condo's recent upgrades include stainless steel appliances, wood vinyl-plank flooring and a dedicated water heater for luxuriously long hot showers. All furniture, fixtures, decor and custom blinds are less than two years old, with the neutral colors creating a calm, restful environment.

The gorgeous kitchen and family area are on the first level, with an open concept layout. The balcony is accessible through the dining area and has superb ocean views. Another sliding door on the opposite side of the living space opens to allow for a refreshing cross breeze. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom await on the second level. The third level is the quiet master bedroom and full bathroom. There's ample closet space throughout the unit for guests' use.

The unit has a designated parking space in the parking deck beneath the building. A storage closet next to the parking space is a great place to tuck your beach gear.

Within the Amelia Island Resort, guests can also explore the miles of paved biking/walking trails, the luxurious spa, the many shops, and delicious restaurants. If venturing out beyond the gated resort grounds, guests also love to visit the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District, which offers an impressive lineup of dining and shopping options about 15 minutes north. Golf is available at many great courses in the area as well.

Please be advised this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities.” It's important to note that there is restricted access to the main hotel pool, fitness center and shuttle service, and that Racquet Park only offers free play to club members and their guests. Girls Beach Getaway

Very comfortable and well-maintained property near the beach at the Omni resort Amelia Island. My friends did have 2 small complaints on the lack of overhead lighting in the 2 bedrooms on the 3rd level, however i was in the master and that was well lighted. It would be nice to have an additional 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper available. Otherwise, a great stay and would definitely come again!

Great location and cute house

This place was great for us. We had access to golf, the pool and beach. It was very secluded which is nice opposed to being super crowded.

Great family beach location

Clearly recently renovated and it is really well appointed. Short walk to the pool and a very uncrowded beach. The place was very clean and relaxing. I just wish we could have stayed longer! Lots of space for the family to enjoy their weekend!

Great choice 3BR @ Omni Amelia Island

A very nice unit. Well located on Omni property. Clean, attractive, comfortable and updated throughout. Only issue to note is that AC didn’t cool 2 bedroom well, so rather warm / hot at night in those rooms. Still a strong positive experience overall.

Family Vacation

Overall, we enjoyed the space. Check-in and Check-out process was seamless. Location was great. There was a small cleaning issue in the Main bath but overall great rental and would recommend to others.
