The Master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king-size bed and its private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are also on the second floor and both have full bottom bunk beds with a single bed on top.
There is a living room, dining room, second full bath, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large wrap-around balcony that overlooks the canal.
A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the premises. A circular driveway and ample parking for vehicles. The barbecue grill is under the stairs.
WiFi internet, televisions in all bedrooms and living room.

If bringing a boat or renting one during your stay, proof of insurance with liability limits as well as boat registration is mandatory and should be sent to the owner before your arrival. Use of dock is permitted once documents are received
