This Myrtle Beach luxury three bedroom,two full bath, Penthouse Condominium offers you the chance to live that dream of enjoying a relaxing beach break in a direct ocean front four star resort. This unit is located in the highly desirable North Tower, this is the ' largest unit' at Sea Watch Resort which was voted to be in the “top ten” places to stay by one of the major search engines. The unit has two direct ocean front balconies which are very nicely furnished with ceramic tiles. The master bedroom has it's own private bath and private entrance to the large ocean front balcony. The second of three bedrooms also has a private entrance to the full second bath. The unit has a fully equipped and eat-in granite kitchen bar as well as an elegant dining area. The views are breathtaking as our many guest reviews have stated.

This condo is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing and restful vacation. It is equipped with everything you will need to cook with and very spacious and easy access to grocery stores and restrauants within 5 to 10 minutes away. The pools are large and there are several indoor and outdoor. The beach is easy to get to and the view from the balcony is fantastic. The bedrooms are great and roomy. Ken is so nice and very easy to reach if you need to ask any questions. We love staying in this condo and hope to go again next year. I recommend it to anyone that wants a comfortable home to stay for a week or more.

Loved this place! Felt like a rockstar staying in a penthouse! The description was accurate and the owner was a gem to work with. The view was amazing and we had everything we needed for a great week. I highly recommend the Sea Watch PH3!
We had a wonderful stay. This is a great condo at a very nice resort. It was very clean and well maintained. The views were beautiful from both balconies. Ken is great to work with and very responsive. We would love to stay here again if we have the opportunity to return to Myrtle Beach. Thanks for a great vacation!
Property was clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well stocked and it was great having a table to seat our entire family. We enjoyed the view from the balcony, going to the beach and pools. We stayed at Seawatch and a wonderful time was had by all! The ocean views were priceless. Ken, the owner, was pleasant to work with and was readily available to answer questions and provide area information. The bottle of wine that was left for our arrival was a nice touch, too. The condo was spacious, immaculately clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We will be back again!
Sea Watch Resort is conveniently located to all the major attractions. The Resort is within a mile from the new Routes 22 and 31 which can get you up and down the beach within minutes.
Other Activities: Shopping, Boating, Fishing, Shelling, Miniature golf, Parasailing, and all of the terrific shows and attractions.
Golf: Myrtle Beach is know for its fabulous golf courses. With over 100 courses in the Grand Strand,you are sure to find your challenge.
The 11% SC taxes are added to the rate by Home Away, and a $200.00 "REFUNDABLE" security deposit is also paid directly to the owner within 45 days of arrival. The balance is due no later than 45 days before your arrival. The refundable security deposit is refunded back to you a day or two after your departure. The rate includes departure cleaning, professionally laundered linens, towels for 8-10 guest, telephone, and Internet. Within a few days of receipt of your deposit, I will email you our standard rental agreement. This will show your deposit received, balance due, date of stay, etc. It will also ask a few questions of you such as the number of parking passes and pool tags that you will require as well as a four digit personal code or pin of your choice for the front door.
Booking Policy. A $200.00 deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due no later than 45 days before your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: 60 days from "date of booking" you will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 processing fee...
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this unit. The renter must be present in the unit at all times.
Smoking or pets is strictly prohibited to avoid retention of your entire security deposit.
