Multiple separate housing areas allow for plenty of privacy and quiet time for guests of all ages. The first house is comprised of three bedrooms (6 beds-2 full, two twin bunks, two twin over full bunks-sleeps 14) 1.5 baths, plus kitchen, living and dining room. Second house includes a master bedroom with king, 1 bath, additional sleeping for two, along with a kitchen, living, and recreation room. Third house includes Kitchen and bathroom, plus three sleeping areas with 1 king, and 5 twin beds.

great family time property

This property is fabulous. We had a wonderful time. Some suggestions we would have: washing machine and dryer. Large coffee pot for the big house A Refrigerator doors in A have issues Dishwasher door needs help (we never used it) drawer in kitchen A needs gluing pot holders would also be helpful. a set of measuring cups and spoons would be helpful.

Dissapointed

We booked for 6 nights and we left after the first night. We booked for 14 people and there were not enough towels for the time we were to be there and there is no washer and dryer. The power went off in the third house with no remedy for the situation. The main house had several plug in A/C units and two of them did not blow cold air. In the second house we found pubic hair in the sheets. We had to purchase additonal sheets and some fans. The next morning we decided we could not stay here and we moved into a hotel for the rest of our stay. When contacting the manager of the property, they were apathetic to our situation but got no resolution and over the next three communications with them the story changed from "I will contact the owner to see what they can do", to " The owner passed away two weeks ago and I am waiting to hear back from his brother" to " the property is owned by a group and I am waiting to hear back from them" A week later and we still have not received any resolution.

Some issues but we had a great time

We rented this property to house 20 ish family members for us to all be together for the first time in a long time. The multiple houses, pool, hot tub, field, basketball court etc were all great amenities that our group enjoyed. We had some issues with the property not being exactly what we expected including that the hot tub hadn’t been maintained appropriately, the smoke detector was beeping with an old battery when we arrived, not all the remotes for the fans had batteries, a door was broken, there was a loose outlet, etc. That said, the property manager did her best to address the issues and things were mostly resolved. Though frustrated that we couldn’t use the hot tub until after it was serviced and a few other inconveniences, we felt the owner addressed our concerns appropriately in the end. We were pleasantly surprised that there was also a ping pong table and indoor basketball game for the kids to enjoy when it was raining and, though it wasn’t exactly what we expected when we booked it, our whole family had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

This is a great place for larger groups! The deck was a wonderful place to hang out and so was the pool! The hosts we very accommodating and easy to reach. 3 houses made it easier to separate families but that large deck brought us all together!
