Both units are fully furnished and have the same floor plan. Each Unit has its own style furnishings.
Unit #1 has 2 Bedrooms, one with a King Bed, the other with a Queen. There is a folding bed available to accommodate 1 additional guest. This Unit has ceramic tile floors and has recently been remodeled. (Pack n Play & High Chair are available on request.)
Unit #2 has a King bed, and the second bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a sofa sleeper to accommodate an additional guest. This Unit also has ceramic tile floors. (Pack n Play and High Chair are available on request. )
We recently installed all new sound reducing windows, doors and insulation so it keeps both Units cool and blocks out noise.
There is a flat screen TV in each Living Room and one in each Master Bedroom. Each Unit has a Comfortable Living Area, with Satellite TV, WIFI & phone. There is Covered Off-street Parking for 1 car per Unit. Each unit has their own outside Private Covered Patio. The Neighborhood is very quite and friendly. There is a Tree-Covered, Shaded Yard with your personal use along with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor furniture. Just 2 blocks away there is a Large Park and Tennis Courts. There is also a City Pool just 2 miles away with a Bike Trail that is approximately 2 miles long.
Linens, Housewares and fully equipped kitchens are provided for each Unit. Two complementary full size Washers & Dryers are also available for your use. Easy drive to Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio International Airport, North Star Mall, the Riverwalk, Alamo, Medical Center, Sea World, Lackland AFB.. There are lot of Restaurants, Fast Food & Shopping nearby. Great location.

We bought this property becaus it is located in a stable family neighborhood and yet it is close to freeways, shopping, restaurants and the airport. It is such a handy location.
There are two comfortable units plus a small private cottage. There is a nice yard with large oak trees where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
We stayed at the Cactus Cottage for an extended time where we found the accommodations clean, comfortable, quiet and private. The cottage has everything you need for your stay including washers and dryers for resident's use. The neighborhood is lovely and the property well maintained. You have easy access to highways, airport, restaurants, grocery store and shopping malls. The hosts were quick to respond to all communications. I would stay here again.
I had the pleasure of renting this place for six weeks to use as my base of operations while I travelled back and forth between home and San Antonio. It had all the conveniences of home, including free Wi-Fi. Located close to the airport, and within a couple of miles of shopping, dining and other amenities, this was perfect for me. The property is well maintained, all appliances were in good, working order, and I managed to stay cool during the hottest period of the year. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in San Antonio and this home help make our visit a success. The interior of the home was slightly different from the pictures advertized, but it was equipped with comfort in mind. Both Elise and John made themselves available and help us with all of our concerns.We really enjoyed the location of this home because the neighborhood was so quiet and it had a excellent park near by for walking our dog. My husband and I stayed at this rental property for his mother's funeral. I must say that it was immaculate! The property manager was courteous and prompt with a minor plumbing issue. Their description was accurate. Discovered the nearby greenway hiking/biking trail at Salado Creek. Convenient to everything including the Los Patios meeting center. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a charming home away from home!

Our family of five needed a place to stay as we looked to buy a house in San Antonio. This property fit the bill beautifully. The owners are very diligent about maintaining the property, and the few issues that came up during our ten-week stay were tended to promptly. Plus, they are about the most pleasant people to deal with that you could imagine. Another reviewer mentioned that the property is located in the flight path of the airport. True, but the only time we ever noticed it was when we were grilling or having an evening glass of wine in the back yard (where we spent a lot of time), and it bothered us not at all. Inside the house, the double paned glass in windows and doors does a pretty amazing job of muffling any sound from outside.
We found the location very convenient to our purposes. It's north of downtown near Loop 410, and everything we needed was an easy drive away.
Furnishings were just fine. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the bath was clean and nicely furnished. Not high end, but perfectly good and better than average. And for the reasonable price, way better than a hotel.
Conveniently located neighborhood a couple of miles to 281N and Loop 410. Easy access to downtown River Walk and other area attractions. Many nearby Restaurants and Shopping opportunities within a couple of miles.
Other Activities: The Alamo and other local Missions. River Walk, Zoo. Sea World, Six Flags, Schlitterbaun Water Park, Wildlife Animal Park, San Marcos Outlet Malls.Golf: Several Golf Courses in the area. Lady Bird Johnson Park with off road bike trail, skateboard park, swimming pool in summer and more.
