Come stay while your kids play! Woodward camp just walking distance from this 1850’s country home recently renovated to modern but still with all the charm! Three spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy your favorite cocktails in the cozy den after long day of exploring. Spread out in the extra large bonus room! We offer a fully stocked spacious eat in kitchen and breakfast nook for family dinners. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and glassware.

I am a fun, outgoing and hardworking man! I opened and run my own business cleaning exterior roofs of homes and decks, etc. I also do lawn maintenance - but I am finding more time to get out and ride the motorcycle. Life is short, enjoy every moment!

Why they chose this property

I bought this house over 20 years ago to renovate and flip, but ended up putting too much heart and soul into the home so tried renting long term, that didn't work out - I was then persuaded to rent short term. Pics posted are for property listing when I was going to sell it - so we are working fast to get furniture in and all set up for you, your friends and family so that you may enjoy an old 1850's home completely renovated modern day style. Hope you enjoy!

What makes this property unique

Spacious home with living room, den/office, downstairs full bathroom and laundry, large eat-in kitchen and breakfast nook. Fully stocked kitchen! Upstairs - 3 bedrooms and full bathroom! We supply pretty much all you'll need, except your food and beverages :-)

There is also a large covered front porch that wraps around the side of the house facing a huge yard for family activities and fun! We are working on putting in campfire pit for cooking up mountain pies and smores!
