Let this beautiful, historic apartment charm you with all its modern touches and its character. With its high ceilings, its big double-wing doors and its exclusive and high-quality interior this apartment is definitely unique.

This 80m² (861 sq. ft.) apartment has three rooms, so it has space for up to seven people. It is located on the second floor, which is accessible via an elevator. The flat is a marvellous juxtaposition of charming, Viennese antiques and high-quality modern furniture. You can, for example, find crystal chandeliers and Biedermeier-style furniture next to a brand-new 50 inch plasma-TV with a Blu-ray player. Living room, two bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen.

A public parking garage is just 200m away (20€ per day, which is exceptionally cheap for downtown Vienna). It would be best to leave your car there and explore Vienna on foot! Another parking garage is minutes away with the subway and only costs 3€ a day.

Opposite the apartment building you can find St. Othmar church which has a neat little park and two playgrounds. A free city-bike station is also close to the apartment.

Upon your arrival we will provide you with useful tips about the surrounding area and about your stay in Vienna. Within walking distance you can find supermarkets, restaurant, Cafés, bakeries,… everything your heart desires.

This place was very practical and comfortable. It was close to the supermarket, train station, and tram. We truly enjoyed Vienna. I would stay here again.

Safe, clean, great location

Property is a great property. Very clean, with a lot of amenities. Property was within a 10-15 min walk of everything. Florian was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful with suggestions for places to go and ways to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious apartment in a convenient location

This is a well-equipped apartment in all respects, spacious and light, in good condition and very clean. We received a warm welcome from Alina, who was tremendously helpful, and there's a very useful information booklet, and plentiful maps. Numerous shops nearby for provisions, and it's a quiet neighbourhood; the church clock stops chiming at 10 pm!

It's around 8 minutes walk to Landstrasse underground/train station, and a 25 minute walk to the State Opera (via the delightful Stadtpark), though taking the tram/underground into the centre is of course an option. The airport train also arrives at Landstrasse.

Great apartment. Would definitely stay there again!

Good stay

Neat flat in the centre of town with good links on the tram and walking distance to the U-bahn. Nice area with small supermarkets, a bakers and other basics nearby. Didn't eat in any restaurants in the vicinity but had a take away pizza one night from the local Italian place and that was pretty good.

Check in was well handled, the flat very clean and overall was a good stay.

Vienna itself was great to visit for the Christmas markets and would recommend.
