The villa is located on the first hill of the Cecina valley with sweeping views over the valley; to place on top of the mountain there are still about 5 km. The previous building at this point were only ruins, so the two buildings of the farmhouse in 2008 completely rebuilt by the new owner and prepared as comfortable apartments. Shopping in the valley about 2 km, nearest restaurant about 100 m. On the other side of the valley the serpentines lead about 12km to Volterra high, the sea at Cecina 30 km.
The villa offers: a so-called Dreispänner bungalow and a slightly higher altitude a double bungalow with plenty of space all around; large swimming pool (6 x 12 m) complete with sun terrace, parasols and sun loungers, barbecue, automatic gate with parking.
Montecatini Val di Cecina is situated approx 16 km west of Volterra, south of the river Cecina, 416 m hill with a great view of Volterra and Cecina. The ancient city core is an example of a well-preserved medieval village that has numerous testimonies from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
The hilly landscape around Montecatini Val di Cecina offers moments of rare beauty in Tuscany unique landscape, vast and pristine forests with rich wildlife and fascinating villages. Of particular interest are also the hamlets of Casaglia and Gello and the ancient copper mine of Montecatini, which is located just outside the village. The beaches of Marina di Cecina there are about 35 km.
