Seacrest Townhome #6 is a beautiful, two story townhome, that sits directly on the gulf. Each floor has a porch facing the gulf for that relaxing cup of coffee, watching the sunrise in the morning and that romantic sunset at night. This townhome is pet friendly, which means the whole family can come down to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with sleeper sofa. While relaxing in the living room or cooking in the kitchen, open the curtains and you will have a spectacular view of the white sandy beaches and turquoise water. The second floor has a queen size bed in one bedroom that overlooks 30A, while the other has a king bed and a porch overlooking the beautiful ocean.
Seacrest Townhome is along 30A and tucked between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, which means that you have the luxury of walking or riding your bike to any of the charming shopping centers. You can relax on our gorgeous white sandy beaches during the day, and enjoy the nightlife and shopping in the evening.

Well past its prime, location is the only plus
We have stayed in this cluster of townhomes several times. They are in a fantastic location - set back from the road and with access to a less-busy stretch of beach. However, I will never stay in this particular unit again, and cannot recommend it. The shower plumbing is held together with Gorilla Tape (still leaks, no surprise), there are numerous spots on the ceiling from earlier leaks, the doors cannot be locked, the smoke alarms are either absent or inactivated, and do not expect anything but the absolute bare minimum for TP, trash bags, etc. Absolutely do not expect any "amenities" like a single washing machine pod, salt, or a suitcase valet stand that you would expect at any motel along the highway. However, you will pay the same price as for the adjacent units. Stay at any one of them instead.
The View is Beautiful
I've been staying on 30A for over ten years now. This rental definitely has a gorgeous view and the beach is not overcrowded as it can be in other areas. But the actual living quarters leave much to be desired. This rental needs a good makeover and a really good scrubbing. The bathrooms smell of mildew and the fixtures are very old. The screens were all broken and things were just run down. It would also be nice to have more supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. For the price of this rental, I wasn't impressed. But I did give it three stars for the view and the less crowded beach area.
Thank you for the review. We agree, Seacrest 6 has one of the best beach front locations along 30A. During the off season of 2017 there will be updates done to Seacrest 6 and we hope you will come back to experience the updates and have another great vacation in Paradise.
The location of this condo is perfect. Great view and easily accessible to other beaches and restaurants on 30A. One thing to note - 47 steps down to the beach and back. Also, if you have more than one couple, only one of the bedrooms have a TV (which might not be important to you). Overall, I would highly recommend staying in this condo and look forward to booking another vacation soon.

Great location, older townhouse
Great location on 30A- close to Alys and close to The Hub. Great proximity to the beach- just a few steps down from the back patio. Nice balcony from master bedroom. Definitely an older unit, but if you are spending all your time outside, it wouldn't matter... it just happened to be super cold the week we were there.
The location of the unit is perfectly located within minutes of everything you need to enjoy a great beach stay. The one negative that I would like to post is that the floor of the unit was extremely dirty. All of my children's socks were black from the floor being so dirty.

We are sorry to hear about the floors and would encourage you to call if you experience this issue again, we would be happy to send a cleaner to remedy the issue. The property was great!
The property was great! Great location and beautiful views and clean. Crystal from Paradise Properties was great to work with and the condo was awesome. She even arranged our bikes which were ready when we arrived. She was first class! The views and beach access was fantastic and you can bike into Alys beach or Rosemary. This condo will not disappoint if you want clean, great views and beachfront. Spectacular!
