Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, beachfront town home located in Perdido Key Florida, with striking, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. Experience one of Florida's finest beaches.....Perdido Key! Perdido Key beaches are pristine with miles of undeveloped crystal white sand and emerald blue water.
Spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom and living room. Listen to the ocean as you drift off to sleep or sit on the large deck and sip a cool drink. The property has been upgraded with high quality finishes such as granite counter tops, tiled floors and new kitchen cabinets. Both bedrooms feature king size beds and we have a new pullout queen size sofa located in the living room. This property is not a high rise and you and just a few other lucky guests/residents have your own private beach! We are located at Perdido Dunes, unit F, which sits directly on the beach. Near Pensacola, Orange Beach, Gulf Shore and Foley shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Approximately one mile from the world famous Florabama Roadhouse.

We are Pete and Kristin Nicolai, Barb and Roy Keller(Kristin's parents). We purchased this unit from Pete's mother this last year and have made lots of improvements to the unit. His mom had owned this unit for almost 30 years prior to the sale. We are extremely proud to have kept it 'in the family' for this amount of time. We encourage you to find out why we find this place so special!
Kristin Nicolai purchased this townhome in 2013
This property is unique in that it has over 100 yards of private beach, only shared by the few other guests and owners of this complex of 6 units. You will not have to worry about finding a place for your beach towel or chair!
Commanding views of both the beach and the Gulf, both East and West.
Lots of room to spread out. Very nice washer/dryer, dishwasher, and "smart" TVs. We could access our Netflix account directly from the TV sets! So much was provoded for in this condo that most other rentals don't have (extra towels (bath and beach), trashbag refills, flashlights, laundry detergent and softener, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, cleaning supplies, and a vaccuum)!
Fabulous location. One mile from the FloraBama---you have to check out their FREE family bingo on Monday and Tues afternoons. Lillian's pizza is nearby and delicious, but don't order it on Sat evening. We did (apparently along with the rest of the island) and the wait was 1.5 hours for pick-up.
We just spent the last seven days at this awesome house on Perdido Key beach. Thanks, Kristen, for the opportunity to have a great relaxing vacation. Everything about this location was perfect and we really enjoyed walking the short distance to the beach so our grandson could build sand castles, splash around in the waves or chase the crabs. Eating seafood at the different local restaurants was a great experience, too. Everything about the house was above par with it being clean and well maintained. It is a very comfortable place to relax. We definitely will let others know about this house.
What a wonderful place to stay! This was my first year as a snowbird and I thoroughly enjoyed spending winter at the beach! Kristin is a great hostess and was very accommodating no matter what I asked. I have to say I was a little worried about blindly renting a place from 1,000 miles away, having never been there, but I sure didn't need to worry! It was just as described and even better in person! The townhouse was stocked with everything I needed to spend 3 months relaxing and watching the ocean. The master bedroom was comfy and I loved having the ocean waves lull me to sleep every night. When family visited, they assured me the 2nd bedroom was also very comfortable. I loved the area, and didn't lack for things to do to occupy my time whether I sat on the deck (or the beach!) and read, or headed out to enjoy the area restaurants and other activities. As an senior citizen, my knees were not happy with climbing stairs, or believe me, I'd have the place booked again for next year. I absolutely loved it there and would highly recommend this home away from home!
This place was awesome. It was very roomy and Kristin had it stocked with cleaning supplies, cooking spices and everything you would need to do your laundry. The master bedroom was my favorite . We kept the door open all night and enjoyed the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. The guest bedroom was also really nice. Where else would you have a king size bed even in the 2nd bedroom. It was also nice to find a beachfront property that was dog friendly. They even had a few baby gates if you needed. I used one to close off the balcony so I would not have to worry about my dog . There are not a lot of places to actually walk your dogs though. The hwy is busy with no sidewalks available and they had many sand spurs that seemed to get caught up in my dog's paws. We found a small dog park on the bay side and there were 2 dog beaches on Pensacola beach that were fun to visit.
I would highly recommend this place. It felt like a home more than a rental. This beachfront property was even better than the pics. : )
Absolutely perfect!! Kristen (owner) was so pleasant and easy to work with. On site manager Kathy was also very nice and so helpful (we had a dead car battery and she referred us to the best and closest mechanic on the Key) We will definitely return. Low density and right on the beach. I caught so many fish that I had to stop because my hands hurt so much! Beautiful renovated kitchen on second level with spacious and quiet bedrooms on the top deck. Tom Thumb close and souvenir shop across road the street! A plus rating.
Did no plan until the last minute and I was totally stressed to find the reasonable but safe and clean beach front location.
Dealing with the owner was so easy and wonderful, especially I am first timer on VRBO.
When we arrived, place was very nice and location is perfect for my boys and my toy poodle baby girls. Condo manager's family was very friendly and my dogs were entertained by their dog, too!!
My boys located their favorite seafood restaurant near the publix and truly enjoyed their vacation.
Thank you very much for the opportunity and hope we will be back there again.
Shopping is closer by in Alabama, with a much larger selection of shops and Groceries. There is, however, tax on food items in Alabama. There are none in Florida. Places to eat that can be recommended are Triggers, Lillian's Pizza, and The Florabama. Buy fresh fish at Perdido Seafood just over the Bridge in Fla. or go 15 miles or so to Joe Patti's Seafood in the center of Old P'cola for anything under the sun.
Go to the Naval Aviation Museum and look at all the interesting Naval Aircraft since its inception. There is also an Imax museum there. Entry into the facility is FREE! Golfers may want to challenge themselves at the Lost Key Club just 3 miles away.
