Our guests say we have the best location in Park City. Step from the courtyard onto quaint Old Town's historic and charming Main Street, and the best and most restaurants, galleries, shops and entertainment in Park City. The ski lift is 1 block away! (Map our condo online at '950 Park Ave, Park City, UT' and the town lift at '800 Park Ave.') Truly, the best of all worlds.
You won't find a quieter condo in Park City! The Master Suite has a beautiful queen-sized bed, flatscreen TV with cable/DVD and full, private bath. The Second BR has 2 twins with cable TV and its own full bath just outside the door.
Relax in the living area with a wood burning fireplace, cozy furnishings, flat panel w/ cable/DVD and ski area views. (One sofa converts to queen-size bed.) Enjoy meals and/or game playing in the large dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped with tile countertops (both baths, too) new cabinetry and all appliances.
The hot tub and pool (summer/winter!) are just outside in the courtyard. Or choose the indoor sauna and hot tub (winter)!

My family enjoyed our recent stay (Feb 7 - 12) at your Park Station condo #135 to the utmost! It is nicely appointed throughout and meticulously maintained. We have stayed in many VRBO/Homeaway/airbnb properties and truly appreciate when the owners/managers go the extra mile to make the arrival and stay go smoothly. Your attention to detail made our vacation exceptional. The location was perfect for skiers and non-skiers alike.
Tuck was great. The place has fully equipped kitchen. Couldn't believe how easy it was to get on and off the mountain. 1/2 block to Town Lift.
This is a very spacious and comfortable condo one block from the town lift and Main Street. Well equipped kitchen was much appreciated. Nice touches included keyless entry, ample towels, coffee and tea, fire wood, laundry detergent and multiple hair dryers. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony one sunny afternoon looking at the mountain. So many great restaurants and shops just blocks away. Although we didn't use the heated pool and spa , they looked inviting. Would highly recommend this property.
Great property..location with town lift for skiing and center of town for restaurants and nightlife..only thing I would change in this unit is two twin beds in second bedroom in place of the queen and Murphy bed
Responsive, generous in every way. Lots of information beforehand, lavishly stocked kitchen and bath including lots of coffee and teas, spices, paper towels, soaps, fancy toiletries, abundant towels, the list is endless; and they went above and beyond for us regarding our travel plans. Great simple explanations for everything throughout upon arrival. Made the whole thing a breeze.

Don't recall the listing mentioning that the lobby is manned for most of the day (and stocked with lots of useful freebies-- cereal, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, toothpaste). That was a pleasant surprise as well.
I plan to return with several families next year.
With 2 kids, we wanted to be very close to a lift and I love staying in Old Town. This was less than a 5 minute walk to the town lift. The unit is very nice and makes it not worth staying at the condos right on the town lift (which I have done). It's also hard to get a pool and hot tube in town and these were well maintained, big and fun.
The unit had everything we needed. It's nice to stay at a private condo where the owners can leave little things like spices unlike the big rental companies. Tuck is great to deal with. We will be back next year.
The Sundance Film Festival makes Park City a difficult place to navigate. Finding a place to stay can be a nightmare. But not with Tuck and Jeannie. I can not express how amazing our stay was. We had everything we needed and it is the perfect location for the film festival. Tuck was on call 24/7 to fulfill our needs, answer our questions and be the perfect host. The condos are spacious, clean and they provide everything we could have asked for. I am hesitant to say too many great things, as I don't want to have to compete with other Sundance Film Festival goers in the near future. I plan to stay every Sundance going forward with condos managed by Tuck and Jeannie.
