The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds.
The townhome backs up to 1,100 acres of open space - The Swaner Nature Preserve. The property is surrounded by walking paths, making it easy to leave your car in the garage. Or take advantage of Park City's free bus service, just a few blocks away.

The condo is very nice and well appointed. It's the perfect home base for relaxing between mountain side adventures.
Everything about our weeklong ski vacation in this townhome was excellent. The property was as described and photographed. Communication with the owner was very easy and she was very responsive. The town home is extremely clean, bright, quiet and well-appointed. The family room/living room was a perfect spot for relaxing by the fireplace at the end of the day The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, lots of plates/pots and pans, and a welcoming dining area. There are beautiful views of the mountains and nature preserve from the large family room windows. And it is in a great location with shops , entertainment and restaurants about a 2 minute walk away. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property and owner!
Comfortable, spacious, sun drenched, peaceful, well decorated rental. Cathedral ceiling with large windows looking out south/southwest to nature preserve and Park City / Canyons mountains. Home is on the outer perimeter of the self sufficient development which has multiple restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, coffee shop, hotel - all accessible on foot. Home's patio steps out onto the paved trailhead which can take you east or west into the hills if you wish to go for a run, hike or bike ride. Bus stop to the Park City or Canyons ski area / village is few blocks away, or you can use uber or lyft (4-8min drive respectively). 2 minutes from freeway. 30 minutes from Salt Lake City. Will be back definitely.
Our overall experience was excellent at this property. Our family previously owned a similar townhouse in the area and our expectations are high and this unit was as advertised.
It is a very nice and spacious property, well maintained, well appointed, in a quiet but convenient location and owner is very responsive. We stayed this season for a week and we are already making plans to return to the same property next year. It's a spacious townhome in a great location for our family of 4 that included two teenagers, as it is located a very short walk to shopping of all kinds, variety of restaurants, grocery stores including Whole Foods, and entertainment (movie theater, bowling, bouldering gym). The unit backs up to an open field and has a beautiful view of the mountains. I'm sure you'll be very pleased with this rental property.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo over the New Year's holiday. We found this property to be roomy, comfortable, and clean. The owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. This condo is located in a great little shopping and dining area. We would certainly stay here again.
