About this property

Fun location, very clean 2 private bedrooms, with queen beds, full bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer. Amazing view of the sunrise from the upper deck, with fire pit, gas grill, lily pad for hours of fun. New furniture, fireplace, and a lot of Mother Nature in the area. Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The dark is a shared dock with a private boat slip. Ramp close to the area. Off site parking for your trailer.

Vrbo rental tree house

Air conditioner has black mold inside the vents growing and very dirty all air conditioners inside vents no dish towels or paper towels also has sewer smell inside and outside lots of goose poop by walkway

Bad smell and poor cleaning

The house needs a lot of cleaning, the air conditioners smell very bad and the house smells very musty, all that bad smell hurts the throat and causes illness. I didn't finish my stay because of that.

Lake time

Great time. Get what you pay for and in this case that was an inexpensive lake front cabin. The Lilly Pad was the highlight for the kids. Cabin and dock where as advertised. Some things were dated and an extra roll of tp or paper towels wouldn't have hurt but overall we had a great time. I do have to mention even though it wasn't a huge deal for us, there is a venue accross the bay with live music that goes very late, as in after misnight, and can be heard IN the cabin.

Bagnell

We love the cute queen house it is older but everything functioned well kitchen was well stocked with dishes silverware pans beds were comfortable. The only issue I would say if there was one was the rentalnext door seems to rent to large groups who seem to love to party most of the night there were two different groups there while we were there and they both were very much partiers. One bizarre thing is there is a hose connected to the rental next door that is where the water for the rental comes from. A gardener was there one day turned the water off but I figured out by following the hose over to the house next door. Nothing that wouldn't make a person stay there I will definitely go back. You can walk to the stores shops and eating places right from the rental to Bagnell strip That's a huge plus.

Close to town and quaint

The owner Nancy was great and responded quickly to messages. The house is quaint and was perfect size for the the two of us and our geriatric lab (yes they allow dogs which is great). The stairs to the dock are three levels but not too strenuous. View of the quiet cove was pretty. We could walk into town with multiple shops and restaurants. The music coming from a town bar was pleasant in the evening. The dock is shared with the next door five bedroom cabin so sometimes can be crowded and with munchkins. We were there for 5 days and all next door neighbors were polite. The two lily pads were fun. We accidentally left our dogs collar and leash and Nancy is mailing back. That is great customer service. We rented a pontoon boat from The Getaway and those folks were so so friendly and nice. We would stay here again. Thanks Nancy!
