Our luxury home located right in downtown Carbondale! Providing some of Colorado’s best dining, a vibrant art scene and numerous festivals and gatherings showcasing this community’s unique blend of mountain modern. With access to ski areas, gold medal fishing waters, golf courses, hot springs, yoga and world class road & mountain biking.

7th Street Station is on the land that used to be a railroad side-yard. This rail line served downtown Carbondale for most the 20th century. Recently the rail lines have been converted to 42 miles of paved trail from Glenwood Springs to Aspen; the Rio Grande Trail!

The 7th Street Station offers mountain traditional and 21st century trends in its style and offerings.

A Perfect Home-Away-From-Home For Our Crew!

Tory's VRBO on 7th Street in Carbondale, CO worked perfectly for our branch of my husband's family. The layout is conducive to multi-generational seating for meals and card playing; we especially appreciated the extra table and chairs on the main floor (2nd floor) deck. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with enough herbs/spices/condiments to make things even easier and we were able to cook and host meals with ease. The master bedroom/closets/and double shower-head shower is spectacular! The downstairs bedrooms and bath as well as the laundry facility in the basement were more than adequate. My 15 month old grandson really enjoyed climbing up and down the carpeted steps to/from the basement! We all enjoyed the bikes to get to other VRBOs our family was using, the tennis courts, the City Market, and the bike path.

The only improvements I would suggest are 1) a safety lock on the cupboard under the kitchen sink (we fashioned a make-shift one) and 2) a few hooks in the master bedroom closets and 3) a check-list for checking out (we didn't really know what to do so we stripped beds, took all the dirty linens/towels to the basement, emptied all the garbage).

A really lovely stay in a beautiful little town!

Family Friendly!!!!

The house was very clean and well maintained. There was more than enough space to accommodate 4 adults and 5 kid's comfortably. The bunk room was Awesome!!!! The house had so many great games and movies that everyone had something to do. The space was so welcoming and made for a perfect relaxing weekend. Whenever we are visiting the Glenwood Springs area we will definitely stay here.

Roomy, comfortable home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 7th St Station. It was exactly as advertised...very nicely designed, well furnished , kitchen well stocked for cooking, beds very comfortable. You can walk to downtown or get on the bike path right outside the door. We would highly recommend it.

GREAT location, LOVELY modern houses!! We rented both for our entire family holiday. Tory was awesome and everything from well stocked kitchens to bikes in the garage were great for our large family. Kids were so happy with the bunk beds, games and toys. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Perfect Get Away!!

This home was absolutely everything pictured and more! Tory thought of everything and the house was clean, super comfortable, easy and adorable. The location is perfect to explore Main Street Carbondale and Glenwood Springs and Aspen. We loved this little vacation get away and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking about staying in the area.
