Our luxury home located right in downtown Carbondale! Providing some of Colorado’s best dining, a vibrant art scene and numerous festivals and gatherings showcasing this community’s unique blend of mountain modern. With access to ski areas, gold medal fishing waters, golf courses, hot springs, yoga and world class road & mountain biking.

7th Street Station is on the land that used to be a railroad side-yard. This rail line served downtown Carbondale for most the 20th century. Recently the rail lines have been converted to 42 miles of paved trail from Glenwood Springs to Aspen; the Rio Grande Trail!

The 7th Street Station offers mountain traditional and 21st century trends in its style and offerings.

Roomy, comfortable home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 7th St Station. It was exactly as advertised...very nicely designed, well furnished , kitchen well stocked for cooking, beds very comfortable. You can walk to downtown or get on the bike path right outside the door. We would highly recommend it.

GREAT location, LOVELY modern houses!! We rented both for our entire family holiday. Tory was awesome and everything from well stocked kitchens to bikes in the garage were great for our large family. Kids were so happy with the bunk beds, games and toys. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Perfect Get Away!!

This home was absolutely everything pictured and more! Tory thought of everything and the house was clean, super comfortable, easy and adorable. The location is perfect to explore Main Street Carbondale and Glenwood Springs and Aspen. We loved this little vacation get away and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking about staying in the area.

Blown away by the property!

Had a great experience at 7th Street Station #1. This was perfect for two families, which consisted of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 5-8). The bikes that are there to use are a great perk! Within walking and riding distance to everything you need to have a great time. Nice not having to drive! We will be back, thanks Tory!

Great house and location

Shared the house for a long weekend with another couple (+ one friend in the “kids” room one night). Great space and layout for four adults. The house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. The bikes were awesome to get us around town, but if you’re not up for riding, the house is close to town and an easy walk. Overall a fantastic place to stay in Carbondale and we’d definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic time in Carbondale, the house is located very conveniently to the bike path and walking downtown. What a lovely contemporary but comfortable home. The deck was amazing for our group to sit after our conference and chat about the day over a glass of wine. The beds were comfortable and furnishings well appointed. It would have been great to have more towels and washcloths. We only had 6, it might be advisable to bring your own if you like one for your hair and your bod, like I do. All in all a fantastic stay in an interesting town.

Owner's Response: So happy to hear you enjoyed you time in Carbondale! For reference to future guests: You are not required to bring your own towels as they are provided for you. Extra towels are located in the linen closet (approx. 10 total). This guest had told me the incorrect number of people staying in the house and I would have provided even more if I had known.
