WINTER RENTAL AVAILABLE!

The bright, spacious and clean apartment is located on the lower floor of the holiday home with a completely private entrance. The upper floor is individually owned and occupied for holiday purposes.

The house is located on the Cumbre del Sol in a quiet residential street. Children can have fun on the property, as it is completely fenced.

The bright and friendly apartment with WiFi offers the following amenities:

2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.

On request, a cot can still be made to do so. All other incidental expenses, please consult the 'Additional information'.

1 bathroom with shower and toilet and sink

1 fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob / oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, and a dishwasher in the annexe, where the washing machine is.

1 living room with satellite TV and radio / CD player with adjoining open dining area. From here you go to the 35 m² large terrace (partly covered).

For the hotter summer days is a portable air conditioner available, so you can cool the bedroom a little run.

The sun terrace has to enjoy the afternoon sun and is a great place to ocean views with a glass of wine or having breakfast. A table for 4 people, as well as sun loungers and an umbrella are available here and the sea view can be delightfully unwind for you.

Available is also a terrace on the west entrance of the house. This means you still up into the evening, enjoy the last rays of the sun.

The apartment has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and dishwasher.

The house has a parking space. On the road but can also be parked easily.

For large, well-kept community pool area with children's pool is just a few minutes walk.

It is only a 5-minute drive to the pebble beach Cala Morraig. If you prefer a sandy beach, you can drive (20 minutes) Moraira (about 15 minutes away by car), Javea and Calpe.

Schöner Urlaub auf dem "Cumbre del Sol"

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Alles war wie beschrieben, sauber und die Übergabe war perfekt .

Die Wohnung hat einen klasse Meerblick von der Terasse. Der Pool in der Nähe war ebenfalls super und auch im Sommer nie überlaufen. Ein Auto ist in dieser Wohnung allerdings Pflicht.

Den fünften Stern würden wir vergeben, wenn in der Wohnung eine Klimaanlage vorhanden wäre. Zumindest im Juli / August war es doch recht heiß in dem Haus.

Sauberes Apartment mit toller Meersicht

Wir haben eine wundervollen Urlaub in diesem Apartment verbracht. Alles war ordentlich und die gute Einweisung in die Technik des Apartments ersparte uns viele Rückfragen. Die Abwicklung der Buchung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir liebten den Meerblick auf der Frühstücksterrasse. Der nahegelegene Pool bereitete unseren Kindern viel Freude und er war auch nicht überfüllt, eher leer.

In das Städtchen Moraira haben wir uns besonders verliebt und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Owner's Response: Wir sind immer stets bemüht unseren Ferienurlaubern gerecht zu werden. Eventuelle Mängel und Probleme werden schnell bearbeitet und wenn möglich, sofort aus der Welt geschafft. Umso mehr freut es uns dann, wenn diese Mühen entsprechend mit einer schönen Bewertung belohnt werden und der Urlauber irgendwann wieder zu uns kommt.

Très bon séjour

Bonjour a tous.

très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement, bien équipé et situé dans un quartier tranquille avec vue sur la mer. Appartement propre et bien aménagé. Propriétaire très sympathique malgré la "barriere" de la langue. Je vous recommande cette location pas si chère que ça au final vu la qualité de l'appartement. De plus, le supermarché Mercadonna ne se situe qu'a 5minutes de l'appartement ce qui est relativement pratique. La météo est pratiquement toujours au rendez vous, donc c'est parfait. La piscine est également propre, et surtout un point important elle n'est pas trop chloré. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.:)

Benitachell and Teulada Moraira lies between. Benitachell is known for its Urbanisación "Cumbre del Sol" (Sun Summit). From the mid-70s 2 km long cliff was developed and populated. One part is still under protection. The highest peak - Puig Llorença (LORENSA) - protrudes 440 m from the sea. It has been up there a glance to the highest peaks of the environment such as the Montgo in Jávea, the Rock of Ifach in Calpe and the mountain range of Sierra Bernia in the hinterland.

After Moraira town center is only a 15 minute drive. Here you can go really great stroll. There have been very many boutiques located with international designers, as well as many restaurants and bars.

The marina of Moraira is without a doubt one of the most beautiful marinas of the Valencian Community. Year after year, the beach and the port of Moraira with the EU Blue Flag is awarded.

Just 10 minutes away is the large supermarket MERCADONA. Good to know for fish eaters: Daily fresh fish is delivered directly from the daily catch of local fishermen against 18th 00 clock.
