The recently remodeled property is equipped with new furniture, Wi-Fi internet, Gas BBQ grill and a large kitchen with high-end appliances. The waterfront property offers a private swimming pool, screen protected sun deck and patio area as well as a boat dock on a wide sweet water canal. Great fishing right off the boat dock. Children are accepted. No pets allowed.

We really enjoyed staying in this very clean, comfortable home, it's not huge (a good thing) with a great layout and roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. It's equipped with everything we needed, so nice not to have to pack all that stuff-- it's right there, all in good working order and new. Honestly, there was nothing we would change about this home -- and reasonable rental fee,too. On second thought, electric heated pool would be nice, but know that would be more $$.It was already booked for our time next year, otherwise we would be going back! It's in a nice neighborhood with a few barking dogs, but not annoying, very quiet nights. Very close to shopping and restaurants on PineIsland Rd and driving to other places in CC and FMB no problem, just stay away from rush hours. Beautiful lanai and pool, fun patio at dock,too! We recommend this lovely home for a nice, relaxing stay!
I have been to several vacation homes by now, but this has been the nicest and cleanest and quietest ever. The house is newly renovated and furnished in a modern style. Nice kitchen with all the amenities and gadgets you need for cooking. Roomy bedrooms with walk-in closets and comfy beds. Spacious bathrooms with fluffy and thick towels! Huge living-room with an even huger TV. Perfect WIFI. And then there is the outdoor space: caged in! Terrific for sitting outside till late in the night with the lights on without being bugged by mosquitoes, clean and good-sized pool which we used daily, plus an outdoor seating area in the shade and under a roof, so that we were dry even in heavy rains. There is some lawn-mowing going on on a daily basis and the neighbors' dogs are outside about two or three times a day but only for a short time, and then ... it is absolutely quiet again ... which we liked a lot. And let's not forget the garage for keeping the car cool in the summer heat. There is a PUBLIX about a mile from the house. And you can always drive to one of the beaches...if you really want to leave the house. Absolutely recommendable!

We found this property to be exactly as described in the listing and photos. It was clean and well-maintained. The house has a great layout with plenty of room. The screened-in pool area was lovely, and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio for breakfast. The location was great for making day trips to areas we wanted to visit. The owner was friendly and helpful, and I have no hesitation recommending this rental. We enjoyed visiting the Edison Ford estate, the many wildlife preserves and parks in the area and, of course, the everglades. An airboat tour of the everglades was a highlight of our trip. And don't miss Manatee Park. Some restaurants we liked were Blaze Bistro, Ariani's Italian Restaurant, and Maria's Pizzaria and Restaurant.
