Beautifully furnished with hand selected items - not rental furniture package. 42' plasma in living room with 26' LCD in master bedroom and 20' LCD in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. DVD available in every room. Playstation 2 available; high speed internet access and free long distance. Crib, high-chair and stroller available in unit at no charge.
All linens and towels are provided. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer, central air & heat, iron and ironing board, telephone service, patio table and chairs.
Professionally managed by third party - Millennium Management, but special, lower rental rates if reserved directly from owner. Normally rents for $149 to over $250 per night depending upon season. Rent through me for as low as $99 per night or $599 for 7 nights and 8 days. Rates include Florida resort tax (12.5%) and cleaning fee ($75).

Walt : We have just returned home from our visit to various cities in the US. Your condo in Vista Cay was nicely maintained,centally located ,and very clean. It certainly lived up to expectations.
If we return to Orlando,we would certainly stay there again.

This is my 9th stay at Vista Cay, in various units. This unit was as expected. There were some issues with the beds (squeaking and the headboards knocking on the walls) but a simple call to the desk and maintenance came right away. We went about our day and when we came back everything had been fixed. We were also surprised that the closet in the one bedroom was locked. I understand this is for the owners personal belongings but it meant that two ladies had to share a closet and as we were there for business, there was a lot of back and forth. I have never encountered this in another unit.
The unit was clean and the clubhouse and Millenium staff were great.
Our vacation experience at this property was great. When we arrived the friendly staff at the club house ensured that we had all the information we needed to access the condo. The unit was clean, all the amenities were in place for us to enjoy our holiday, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and I particularly liked sitting outside on the patio and enjoying the early morning breeze. Walt was very professional and assisted us in a timely manner every step of the way. We will definitely stay here again.
Comfortable spacious very well equipped 3 bed condo with good beds in a great location and at a superb rate. Check in and out could not have been easier. Two tiny issues were dealt with by reception within an hour while we relaxed at the lovely pool. It was so lovely to come back to this wonderful condo after an exhausting day at the parks and our kids loved having their own TVs to wind down for a little while before bed. It was really easy to get to the parks from this location as it's just off the I4 for going to Disney and you can just stay on Universal Blvd if you want to for the Universal Parks. It's right beside a Publix supermarket which was lovely for nice salads and fruit packs, rolls, yogurts etc and the condo had a huge fridge/freezer so we were able to stock up and prepare healthy picnics to bring the parks which you can't do when staying in hotels. The condo itself is really quiet so it was great for the odd days when we were really tired and needed that little bit of a lie on. It's also at a really nice end of International Drive too in that there are a good selection of nice restaurants within just a few mins drive. I really can't recommend this place highly enough.
Vista Cay Condo VRBO# 211710:
I've rented the exact same floor plan (but 4th floor) as this over in the Lake Cay Commons section of Vista Cay. Although this condo does not have the amazing view that the Lake Cay condo does, the view here was just fine with the balcony overlooking the clubhouse / driveway and one bedroom window overlooking the kiddie pool. Even though this is on the 3rd of 4 floors, we only heard the occasional toilet flush from above so these buildings are reasonably sound insulated. The location of the condo within Vista Cay lent itself to be super convenient to the main pool/pool bar/game room/clubhouse store...only a few short steps. The amenities in condo were on par with the Lake Cay Commons condo. Bedding was adequate and pillows were reasonably comfy, something that can be hard to find when renting private condos. Check in, which required going to the clubhouse to check in with Vista Cay Management, was a breeze and check out consisted of leaving key cards in condo. The owner, Walt, was easy to deal with and returned e-mails within a reasonable time period. Would gladly rent from him again. Pirate approved....Arrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!
You're not going to find a better location than Vista Cay, close to EVERYTHING, yet secluded enough with decent size lakes (1.5 miles around both lakes using the walkway)to cushion the concrete jungle of large resort living. We actively seek out Vista Cay year after year because of this.
We were very pleased with this condo! First, it was an excellent value! $114/night for a 3-bedroom/2 bath in June! What a find! It is such a nice, clean, quiet place! Second, the unit is located in the perfect spot in Vista Cay-right next to the pool and clubhouse and a leisurely walk to WalGreens. And...it took only ten minutes or so for us to get to all of the theme parks on our list--Sea World, Aquatica, Discovery Cove and Universal. Location was super convenient. The Publix is right next door. You park your car in a gated parking lot too. Third, this unit is super clean. It smelled so fresh when we walked in! We had a problem with one of the tvs... Probably our ignorance. I called the front desk and someone was helping us within five-ten minutes. We would definitely stay here again and I have already started letting friends know about this place! This is a winner!
My adult daughter and I stayed at this condo for a couple of days of shopping after visiting WDW. The property was spacious, clean, quiet and just what we needed. The pool and lake view from the smaller bedroom was beautiful. I only wish the weather had been better so we could have taken advantage of the pool. A Walgreens and Publix are within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, a movie theater and the airport were all within a 15-20 minute drive. Management was great and the owner answered all of our questions up front. I would definitely come back to this property on my next visit to Orlando.

We also do not charge any daily resort fee that some rentals add on. Rates may be lower depending upon season/availability.
