Spacious, bright, equipped with stylish furniture and carpets and 2013/2015 newly renovated apartment (awarded by the DTV with 5 *****) for 4 persons offers pure with large balconies overlooking the castle Hohenaschau holiday pleasure and relaxation!

The two bedrooms are also bright and spacious and equipped with individual lockers in the room, with another TV and secretary

The fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and a new fridge / freezer leaves nothing to be desired!

The apartment is fully furnished - of course with bed linen and towels (included in price).

Furthermore, various drinks are available to be entered in list is laid out and settled at the end of the holiday period. A Soda bottles with available free of charge.

A Paidi cot can be provided on request and for longer stays and a washer and dryer.

Fantastic location and cozy house make a great vacation :)

Not much to say really. The location of this apartment is top notch.

Pop out directly to tourist information, a walk along the river, or any of a variety of great cafes or beer gardens.

Inside the house is quiet, comfy and roomy.

Only slight niggle is that things were a little hard to find at times (we didn't know there were spare toilet rolls. There were, we just didn't find them :) ).

Oh, and on a side not, the electric hob doesnt work with most of the pans. Maybe consider changing them.

Other than that, perfect place, and we are already thinking of coming back.

Loved it so much, I came back for more

I stayed at this great apartment in the lovely town of Aschau in January 2014 and had a wonderful time. When I came back this year with my 13-year old nephew I couldn't think of a better place to stay and explore southern Germany with him. The apartment was as spotless as it was last time, but even had some improvements. The location is perfect for exploring Bavaria, and is only 45 minutes away from Munich and Salzburg. The owners are a charming couple who were very helpful in coming up with special things to do with a young teen. My nephew didn't want to leave. Thank you for your hospitality once again Gaby and Hans!!

Cozy and comfortable, in cute German village

This apartment is lovely and bright, clean and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with all the crockery and cookware that you'd need, as well as a lot of pantry essentials.The owner Gaby sent us tourism information and decorated the apartment for Christmas which was a lovely touch! The view is exactly as per the photos, absolutely gorgeous. It started snowing on Christmas day, and by Boxing Day we had several inches of snow to enjoy. Asschau is a sweet town, lots of places to walk, the gondola is fabulous, and there is a Michelin starred restaurant as well as a couple of cafes and more casual restaurants. There is a well-stocked supermarket and fruit & veg shop in town if you want to cook. Not all the locals speak English so its a good idea to have a phrase book or translate app. Would recommend this apartment, we had a brilliant German Christmas 😀

burnett holiday

we had a fantasic holiday and this apartment was super. Very spacious, wonderful location, very helpful and friendly house keeper and the town had everything we needed.

I would have like to have had a washing machine and somewhere to dry a few items of clothes for the children but it wasnt a major problem and also odd that it was Brilliantly equipped but no kettle ?? anyway the water boiled in only a few minutes with a pan so it was fine in the end...Thanks for everything and would highly recommend staying here.

Owner's Response: The tea kettle is already bought - thank you for the input (people like us drinking only coffee don't think so much about water boiling for tea...) - There is also a special equipment for drying cloth (will mark it up in the news letter of the appartement, so everybody can find it!). Next year we will have a washmashine and a dryer in the basement. We know that it is difficult to get along without travelling with small children or when staying for a longer time of period.

A wonderful stay in Aschau

This apartment was perfect for our stay. It had plenty of room, was clean and quiet, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is located near the Tourist Information Center, which was very helpful to have nearby. The town of Aschau was lovely, with several good restaurants, banks, electronic store, hair salon, and well-stocked grocery store. Lots of hiking trails are nearby and be sure to take the gondola to the top of the mountain - the view is spectacular! Lastly, the owners and their agent are lovely and helpful people. I would definitely stay at this apartment in the future.

Appartement confortable et une localisation idéale

Cet appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et accueillant. La terrasse ouverte sur une grande prairie avec vue directe sur le château de Hohenaschau est très agréable. La résidence est calme, bordée d'un petit cours d'eau, proche du comité du tourisme, et de toutes les commodités (banque, poste, biergarten) sans aucune nuisance. Le parking souterrain fermé est bien pratique.

La petite ville d'Aschau est idéalement située pour découvrir le sud de la Bavière, à mi-chemin entre Munich et Salzbourg.

Les relations avec les propriétaires ont été très faciles et efficaces, et le tout en français (y compris le contrat de location).

Nous recommandons donc vivement cette location qui nous a enchantés.
