Enjoy staying at upscale Sullivan's Island in a lovely fully furnished condo available weekly and nightly (3 night minimum), located within a five minute walking distance to the beach and restaurants (Poe's, Sullivan's, Salt, Cafe Medley, Tacomamacita, High Thyme, Co Op, Home Team BBQ, Obstinant Daughter). Fifteen minute drive to historic downtown Charleston and airport. Previous renters have been very pleased with accommodations, location, hospitality,and cleanliness. Condo includes granite countertops, porcelain tile floors, and colorful furnishings. See guestbook comments on this website.

Condo includes queen size bed, full bath, kitchen, and living room (flat screen tv). Unit is first floor with convenient parking at the rear of the building. Laundry on-site. Please bring queen size linens and towels. Linens available for $25 rental fee. Two beach chairs provided for renter's use.

Very convenient location! Perfect for honeymooners, for anyone who loves history, or for anyone wanting to relax in a family-oriented beach community. Quiet, safe, and comfortable. Sorry no pets and no smoking. You can catch a ride to Sullivans Island and walk everywhere, or just park your car and not move it for the week. It's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful, friendly atmosphere that the Charleston area has to offer. We bought a vacation rental at Sullivans Island because of its beautiful scenery, family friendly atmosphere, and closeness to historic downtown Charleston. After spending many years vacationing here, we decided that this was home.

What makes this condo unique

Enjoy a daily walk on the beach at one of the Southeast's most beautiful islands. Visit the historic sites that Sullivans Island has to offer including Fort Moultrie, the Sullivans Island Lighthouse, the fabulous view of the Charleston Harbor and Fort Sumter. Dine at the nine popular restaurants just within a one to two block walking distance of the condo. If you are not familiar with the area, the owner is happy to recommend popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, sunset cruises, etc. If you've ever read any of Dorothea Benton Frank's books, then you will appreciate the relaxed, friendly feel of a stay at quaint Sullivans Island. Shopping is also fun in the area with the downtown Market, many antique shops, Mt. Pleasant's Town Center, and nice variety of consignment shops.

Absolutely Perfect Getaway

This place is an absolute GEM. Unless you know Sullivan's Island as I do since I lived there 17 years ago, you cannot appreciate the location and the value of this condo. The owner is delightful and the entire beach experience was perfect. My only complaint is that I could not stay longer, but I will be back soon and often.

My favorite trip to my favorite place.

We had a PERFECT, romantic mini-getaway for our anniversary in June at this condo. We have loved Sullivan's Island for years and always visit when we go to Charleston. This year was the first time we actually stayed on the island, and we will always stay here going forward. The owner was very responsive to emails and inquiries. There aren't many condos on the Island and many of the houses are much larger than we need. The condo's location can not be beat. PERIOD. It is the perfect spot, convenient and walkable to all the good food. We parked our car, and really did not want to get back in. Aside from heading to IOP for a delicious breakfast (Acme Breakfast Co) one morning and a jaunt downtown for a special dinner (Blossom followed by Jeni's Splendid ice cream--you must go there!) one night, we did not move our car. We clocked over 25,000 steps on our fitbit multiple days in a row. :) It is a small but efficient condo. Perfect for a couple, and the bedroom was very dark (that's a good thing at night) and comfortable. I slept great every single night we were there, and I usually have sleep issues. The white noise of the AC helped, I believe. We ran in the morning back over the Sawyer bridge to Mt Pleasant and enjoyed beautiful sunrises. We walked south on the beach until we didn't see a soul. One of my favorite thing about SI are the beautiful and quiet beaches. It was so peaceful to see the marine life and watch the boats pass by. If you walk far enough you can see the Cooper River bridge which is a perfect backdrop for pictures. We spent the last night on the beach as the sunset behind the lighthouse and got the most amazing pictures. I can not adequately express how PERFECT these 4 days in SI, SC were for us. I have been day-dreaming of going back next year already-- and when we do we plan to book this same condo! Can't wait!! Thank you, Carol, for a lovely stay.

Feels Like Being a Local

Sullivan's Island is the type of place that makes you wish you were a local. This little condo delivers. Reasonably priced rentals are very hard to find on Sullivan's and this one is right on the main street! All the best places to eat are steps away and beach access is right around the corner! My daughter and her fiance' had rented a beach house a couple of blocks away for their 4-day wedding celebration with their friends from out of town. Staying in this condo kept us just close enough to pop in for group gatherings but far enough away to give the youngsters their space. Yes, as many visitors dream of doing, if I were to buy on Sullivan's, this would be the spot! Thank you Carol for a lovely stay!

Girlfriend Getaway

My high school girl friends and I wanted a quick trip to Charleston/the beach to relax and reconnect. Neither of them had ever been to Charleston, and I had only driven across Sullivan's Island on a previous trip to the city. We decided it would be the perfect place to get away for a few days and we were not disappointed! This condo was great for the three of us! It's cute, extremely clean, and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away. The three of us were very comfortable with the size of the condo and thrilled by the fact that it is available for a minimum of three nights. It would be perfect for a long weekend for a couple as well. The owner was easily accessible by phone, and we had the chance to meet her soon after arrival. We had such a fantastic time, we've already reserved for another trip this summer. Can't wait!

Convenient Location for beach and dining out

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our stay on Sullivan's Island was just the break my husband and I needed from our busy schedules. The weather was quite cool but sunny and we walked/ran the beach everyday. The condo while quite compact was very neat and clean and had everything we needed to make it a lovely stay. I even baked a turkey with all the trimmings and had everything there to make it work. Very enjoyable stay.

Fort Moultrie National Historic Site and Museum is located 1/2 mile from the condo. 5 minute walk to the unique Sullivan's Island lighthouse. Golf cart and bicycle rentals available nearby. Drive 15 minutes into downtown Charleston and enjoy fine dining, theater, museums, concerts, and shopping. Take a horse drawn carriage ride and learn the history of Charleston. So much to do and see in this beautiful area!

There is a strict no pet policy for renters at the condo complex. Pets are not allowed! Smoking is also not allowed in the condo. I take special care of my condos so that they are nicely kept for each renter. Thank you in advance for taking good care of my condos during your stay. I really appreciate it!

Payment is by cash or check. I will send you a standard Vacation Rental Agreement with details of payment. I can waive the $75 cleaning fee if you choose to clean the condo yourselves. You will not be charged for the cleaning if the condo is left in the condition that it was found. I require a $250 fully refundable security deposit which is returned in full if all looks fine after checkout.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
