This beautiful, pet-friendly townhouse is situated directly on the white-sand beaches of the emerald coast. It can be rented to suit your needs, as two units or one. Bali Button (A) sleeps up to six and Bali Button 2 (B) sleeps up to four. Each individual unit has its own full kitchen, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and decks overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Recent remodellng of our beach homes includes new bath vanities with granite counters and marble sinks. The kitchen have been completely redone with Custom cabinets with stainless appliances and quartz counter. Bali Button has brand new decks with Azek railings and flooring. The top two deck floors are now solid allowing you to enjoy rainy days on the deck and not worry about spills from above! Sit back and relax on these new decks on the brand new PVC furniture with sunbrella cushions. AND YES WE HAVE HIGHSPEED WIRELESS AVAILABLE......TAKE THE COMPUTER TO THE BEACH!!

Bali Button is in the top two floors of the townhouse. Both the master bedroom and living room have wall-to-wall sliding glass doors which open onto large balconies. The view is breathtaking and the decor is spectacular. We have decorated the unit with unique furnishings from Bali, Indonesia, including a custom made couch for the living room that expands to make a queen size bed. 'Bali Button 2' has also been renovated and is located on the bottom floor on this three-story townhouse.

Both units have a private entrance from parking just off of Scenic Gulf Highway (Old Highway 98). The units also connect with an interior double locking door.

The private beach is accessible from both units. Just step off the deck and you are on your own private beach.

There are several good restaurants within walking distance from the beach. Destin offers many world-class golf courses and there is a large outlet mall nearby.

With advanced planning for such events as weddings, family reunions, and business meetings, utilizing our other townhouse in the same complex , we can accommodate up to 20 people.

We only rent to guests 25 and over.

What makes this townhome unique

While staying at our Balinese style townhomes you get to enjoy a refreshing change from the standard 'flower print' furniture that, for some reason, is so popular with owners here. Personally, it gives me a headache:). We are directly ocean front and being local, we are on top of repairs and other issues that could interfere with your vacation. We also have complementary high speed wireless internet to allow you to enjoy the decks while keeping up with work and friends. We are constantly upgrading our units and take to heart any input that our customers have. I travel a lot and I try to bring home ideas that I see in hotels I stay at. Lastly, we own two townhomes side by side that are virtually identical so we can accomodate large parties. We think you'll enjoy our homes as much as we do. Call us anytime.

Long time renters!

First of all I have to say, this is the Cleanest, The Best Decorated Condo we have ever stayed at, when we come to Destin, thats the only place we stay, once we stayed at another place that was 5 times the money because one gal wanted a place with a pool , i will never do that again, the owners are the kindest people on earth, my guess that the people that left a bad review were jealous owners in sand dollar, because the Bonds place is always rented! LOVE LOVE LOVE to stay with the bonds. One stay my mother could not do the stairs, Renee gave her the bottom condo because it was avail, did not charge us a penny more, NOW THATS AS GOOD AS IT GETS!

Fun in the sun

We live in Florida, but still keep coming back to these townhomes year after year. Townhomes are spacious and exotic in decoration. If you haven't been to this area in several years, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Not only do they have the most beautiful beaches anywhere in Florida, but more to do every year we return. Fine dinning, an Outlet Mall, and outdoor activities are all in close proximity.

Beach Lovers

We have stayed at these condos for several years now and will keep coming back. The location is perfect and Renee is an awesome person to work with. She asks you to check the property out for cleanliness when you arrive and if you are not satisfied to contact immediately. She is always updating and improving the units. The parking can be tight but if you and your neighbors work together it can work out fine. The problem is all the company that comes to visit the renters because of the great location on the beach.

Won't be back....

I'll start off with what we loved about this townhouse....THE VIEW!!!! You're right on the beach and we loved that. You could lay out on the deck on the main level or go down a couple flights of stairs and have your toes in the sand. The beach wasn't crowded and it was fairly clean (there was a lot of trash in and around the dunes). The beds were also very comfortable. Here are the cons, we found the condo to be very dirty and in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The appliances and floors were dirty - I had to clean as soon as we arrived. The light didn't work in the master bath so within 10 mins of being there we had to call the owners daughter to come and change the light bulb and her husband did with no issues. None of the light bulbs in the dining room light worked so we couldn't use the light above the table. The batteries in the tv in the living room didn't work so we couldn't use the tv all week (granted we could of called about that but we weren't on vacation to watch tv so that wasn't a huge deal for us). The absolute worst part about this condo is PARKING.....the parking SUCKS. If you care about your car and don't want someone parking inches from your car - do not stay here!!! I was so sick about the parking that I went to the Alvin's Island across the street, as the owner suggested, to inquire about parking there....they charge almost $20 a day!!!! The parking is so tight that a number of times I had to get in on the passenger side bc I couldn't open the drivers side door. It was pitiful! The rest of my party had to get out of the car before I would pull into the designated parking spot. Then, people double parked all around us making it difficult to back out of the driveway (again, not the owners fault just not ideal). I will never stay in this unit or any of the Sanddollar Townhouses ever again.

Owner's Response: First of all we have contacted VRBO as we do not have anyone with a reservation for this week matching the names on here so this is pretty hard to respond to. As you can see from other posts over many years we strive to have our guests enjoy a wonderful experience at the beach. Right now on reservations for 2015 over 70% of our renters are past customers that rebook. I would like to address that in the welcome info pack that is emailed to the person that booked and paid we address all these issues. We tell them right away that if there is anything as far as cleaning or maintenance once they arrive to call to give them a chance to rectify it. I myself, maintenance or cleaning manager never heard from anyone on these dates with any issues. One month later we get a post about this. Also our dining lights are a push button that has a dimmer. It has to be dialed up to get lights brighter after it is pushed. The guests prior and after had all lights working and maintenance confirmed no bulbs were out. Also remote worked the week prior and after. Not sure what happened or if user error as we were not notified to assist in this. Regarding the parking: This is a beachfront place and there is limited spaces as anywhere else on the beach. I am very specific in my emails to guests how to park and where. There never seems to be an issue. However, it was Spring Break and I know other owners are not always as specific about parking and explanations as I am. I've owned here a long time. I'm sure there were lots of extra guests during that time at other units. This does happen during Spring Break sometimes. If we would have been called, emailed or texted about this issue I would have had someone over immediately towing cars not parked correctly and explaining to other guests in other units where to park. However, telling us 1 month later I can not resolve this issue as we were never told. We love hearing from our customers and strive to make your vacation enjoyable. However if we are not informed of any issues we can not address or fix them.

Great place to stay!

My hubby and I came with our pooches and had a great time! Townhouse was clean and right on the beach! I like being able to watch the dolphins from sitting at the deck. We saw them playing in the morning and the evening. Plenty of beach stuff there to use, so we didn't have to pack any. Renee was great to work with. She even offered to mail back my dvd I forgot in the unit. Will definately be back again!

So lovely, we will be back in April!!

My fiancé and I stayed in the downstairs studio recently and it was perfect! There was a bedroom, a very nice updated bathroom, a full kitchen, a full patio with grill, and also a sofa sleeper in the living room (brand new leather sofa). Having a full kitchen was wonderful! My parents and grandparents stayed upstairs in the 2 bedroom and it was very convenient to be able to walk upstairs and visit. Both condos were decorated beautifully! We loved this condo so much that we will be coming back for our honeymoon in April and staying in the 2 bedroom! We had originally planned on going to Cabo San Lucas, but after staying here we changed our mind. The white beaches are much nicer in this area that any other part of the world we have been to, hands down! What sealed the deal is they are allowing us to bring our two dogs, which surprised us since they are large breeds. It was so peaceful and relaxing! I would recommend this place to anyone! We are looking forward to our relaxing honeymoon with our little family of 4! :) ?
