|Minimum Stay||2 - 7 nights|
This spacious cabin, located in the quaint village of Lake Nebagamon, provides all that your family will need to relax and enjoy time together. Enjoy a panoramic view of the lake from the kitchen or living room. Grab a quiet minute by the fire-place while your children play ping-pong or watch movies in the recreation-room. The village offers several restaurants within walking distance for those evenings when dining out is what you are looking for.
In the summer you can swim or fish off your private pier, while your children enjoy the water-slide at the end of the pier. Wake to the call of loon's or relax on the pier as you watch eagles soar.
We absolutely loved our time at Water's Edge cabin. It was kid friendly, beautiful view, and in a very convenient location. We definitely hope to come back and stay again!
The property is great! Nice and roomy with a beautiful view of the lake!!
Our family has been coming to Lake Nebagamon for several summers now, but this is the first time we stayed at Water's Edge. The location is great-right on the lake, within walking distance to the local taverns/restaurants, Dairy Queen, and country grocery/gas/convenience store and also quite private as there aren't any cabins located close by on either side. The cabin was spacious, clean and the property well maintained. We enjoyed having a family room with ping-pong table in addition to a living room with a lake view. Other pluses for us-bed linens are provided (only need to bring towels), two full bathrooms (wonderful for a big family), and Wi-Fi available (for those of us that need to stay connected to our technology). The only negative I can list is there is no watercraft at this rental. You need to bring your own or we were able to rent kayaks from Brule River Canoe Rental. They were great about dropping off the kayaks right at the cabin and picking them up when our rental was over.
We would recommend this rental and have already reserved a week for next summer.
My family had such a relaxing, wonderful stay at Waters Edge. It was clean, well-maintained and the view from the living room and kitchen windows is phenomenal. We've stayed there in summer and now once in winter, too. We will be going back, and my aunt asked for the cabin's rental information, too! It's great that there is a ping pong table in the back living room area, so the kids (and grown-ups playing with kids) can have their fun in that spacious area, while the other adults hung out in the front living room area, and there were no noise issues! We ate down at the Waterfront Bar & Grill on Friday night....and were blown away by how awesome the fish fry was! I mean, yes it's the northwoods so they know fish up there, but also - there were three different breading / batter options. My family (parents, sister, husband, brother-in-law, and 3 kids) tried all three and they were phenomenal. We love the layout of the cabin, and the owners (Patty) and caretakers (Michelle, who was out of town on this trip so we had a substitute whose name I can't remember) were always so responsive and accessible. Felt like a home away from home - we just wish we lived closer so we can take more trips to this property. Thanks, guys!
Walking into the family room with a ping pong table on a raining day got us off to a great start. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Parking was good and the view of the lake was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and it was very handy to have the laundry room. We were in Lake Nebagamon for a family reunion so it was nice to have the dock for people to use for their boats without having to walk far. It was also nice being able to walk to where our relatives were located and making daily trips to the Dairy Queen! This will be our first choice for future trips to Nebagamon!
I always enjoy my stay at the At Water's Edge Cabin. It is in a great location right in the heart of the town and it is right on the lake. It is very spacious and accommodating with lots of comfortable furniture for lounging. The kitchen is well stocked as well which is good when you have a big group and want to cook a meal for everyone. It is also nice to have laundry on site and two refrigerators in the rental so you only have to buy groceries once if you stay a while like my group does. Looking forward to our next stay!
Thanks for the great memories!
