The whole apartment is very high quality furniture, the floor in the hallway, living room and bedroom is brand new (lighter laminate flooring), as almost all the furniture.

Bad Ischl, the center of the Inner Salzkammergut, is the ideal starting point for excursions of all kinds: Walking on a lake, hiking in the hills, walking in the mountains, trips by bicycle, motorcycle or convertible ...

The area offers over short distances everything possible: many lakes (eg the famous Wolfgang.), Swimming, beach; ideal area for cycling and hiking. Mountains of all levels partly directly walk or very short drive away. Moreover, guaranteed snow winter sports area: cross-country skiing or alpine skiing are just two of the many possibilities.

Skiing offers Katrin, the nearby Postalm (small ski area for families, lots of easy difficulty) and the Dachstein West ski area, which also operates upscale claims.

Bad Ischl's thermal baths, hence the family-friendly resort spas euro is recommended.

Sehr Zufrieden

Ich habe zehn Tage Urlaub mit meiner Familie gebucht. Anfangs war das Wetter nicht so gut, aber die zweite Woche war traumhaftes Wetter und wir haben jeden Tag in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Umgebung ist ideal geeignet zum Radfahren, aber ganz besonders zum Wandern. Wir haben sehr viele Wanderungen gemacht in der direkten Umgebung, haben aber auch Touren unternommen in die weitere Umgebung, zum Beispiel ins Ausseerland, und haben die verschiedenen größeren Seen der Umgebung besucht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen; sie ist sehr hell, ganz geräumig und bietet alles, was eine Familie zum Leben braucht und sogar noch sehr viel mehr.

Das Wetter gerade in der zweiten Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts war auch so gut dass wir regelmäßig im Freien frühstücken und auch sonst sehr viel Zeit auf dem großzügigen Balkon im Süden verbringen konnten. Hier scheint die Sonne sehr schön hinein. Man ist absolut blickgeschützt und genießt den Blick in die weite Landschaft.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top, bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und auch zuvor der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sehr direkt. Das Haus, in dem die Wohnung liegt, ist sehr sehr ruhig, und der Hausmeister dort ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Alles in allem kann ich guten Gewissens für diese Wohnung die Bestnote von fünf Sternen geben.

Owner's Response: Vielen Dank! Der (Süd-) Balkon ist wirklich eines der besonderen "Schmankerl" dieser Wohnung. Tatsächlich ist das Haus sehr ruhig, seit ich die Wohnung hier besitze, habe ich nur selten jemanden im Haus getroffen. Die Anlage ist wirklich gut gepflegt und der Hausmeister ist sein Geld unbedingt wert :-)
