Love the South Hill Historic District in Lexington.
The historic charm of the neighborhood, the farmers market on Saturday mornings, walking to dinner and not worrying about having that extra glass of wine and then having to drive!
This was our first time staying here, September of 2016. Amy was very accessible to communicate with and we made the arrangements easily and had no problems getting in. The location is excellent.. in the middle of the "spokes of Lexington". Walking in, the place is well furnished and decorated and felt like home right away. Everything we needed was available from extra towels and laundry to utensils and appliances. The bed was comfortable. The temperature was easy to adjust and kept us comfortable. The jetted tub was powerful and relaxing. We spent our evenings sitting out on the balcony relaxing. We will be staying here from now on when we visit Lex.
This condo is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are large with beautiful wood floors. The deck on the back doesn't have a great view but is still nice for drinking morning coffee. The condo is on the second floor so you have to be able to navigate steps. We attended a conference at the convention center and walked to most of our events. We highly recommend this place.
We recently had our second stay at this condo, this time for our daughter's graduation from UK which took place at Rupp Arena. We were so extremely pleased with the location as it was very easy to walk to Rupp and avoid the terrible car traffic and parking. It is also a very convenient walk to many local restaurants. The private off street parking is also wonderful. I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting central Lexington and if you have a son or daughter graduating next year I would book it now!

Had everything I needed for a family/business trip.
We have traveled to Lexington with friends several times, but this time my wife and I were making a quick trip for the Keeneland races and only needed a single bedroom. The condo was perfect in every respect and Amy was so courteous in responding to my barrage of emails. If you are in search of a single bedroom -- clean, wonderfully appointed and in a terrific location--stay here.
Cute, clean, cozy place, comfy bed, great big bathroom. Great location very close to downtown. Easy to walk everywhere.
Amy was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.
Close to Keeneland, Fasig Tipton, Kentucky Horse Park, Churchill Downs, Turfway Park, all major TB Farms. Also Lexington Opera House, local theater, Historic Kentucky Theater, galleries, University of KY Singletary center, Rupp Arena and many upscale dining establishments
