Apartment, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Full Baths,
We travel widely and know what it means to stay at an accommodation that goes beyond just providing the basics and makes for a memorable visit. The same type of elegant appointments in our city apartment also decorate our fully restored, 210-year-old second-home in Connecticut. NYC is our prime residence yet we make our apt. available for rentals while staying at our home in CT.
Sheila purchased this Apartment in 1987

Upper Westside Townhouse
This property is truly everything it offers and more. Amazing location, half a block from Central Park, best restaurants, cafes, top rated bakery all within the neighborhood. The online pictures do not do this property justice! From the moment you walk in through the front door, you are welcomed with absolute elegance yet warmth and charm!! This townhouse looks like it is right out of a magazine with upgraded amenities. It has ever luxury and comfort of home. All bath and bed linens are high quality. Home is thoughtfully stocked leaving nothing to be desired! It was an absolute pleasure booking and being assisted by the lovely hosts. Best stay our family has ever had, we highly recommend!!
The Fuchs were just delightful! They are welcome anytime. Wonderful guests!
Luxury on the Upper West Side
Having visited NYC previously, this time our hope was to stay in an apartment and live like a local. This beautiful townhouse was exceptional in every way. Comfortable beds, stunning decor and equipped to the highest standard. The location was exactly what we wanted, near Central Park with subway, restaurants, supermarket etc. very close. Sheila and Bill were extremely welcoming and attentive, always available to solve any problem. There were none. Having experienced much of Manhattan and enjoyed them all, the Upper West Side is our favourite neighbourhood, and we would love to return here.
Andrew and Pat were such gracious guests! They are welcome back anytime...
Beautiful home on the Upper West Side
This is a stunning place to stay in NYC. Richly decorated with tremendous attention to detail, this Upper West Side home is on a lovely, quiet street lined with brownstones and townhouses. Easy walking to the B-D , A-C, and 1-2-3 subway lines into midtown and lower Manhattan. Steps away from Central Park. Restaurants, groceries, and retail shopping are right up the block. Beds are very comfortable and this home is quiet for sleeping. You really feel like part of the city when you stay here. The owners are very responsive but I have never had any issues either time that I stayed here. Highly recommend!
Cost, Private, and Comfortable
Good firm beds are the most important thing in our travels, these beds were great. Private entrance from the quiet street was a very nice feature. Beautiful house with everything you need. Thanks!!!
We had a fabulous time and the apartment looks Exactly like it looks on the internet!
Sheila and Bill were very professional and
Communicative! We had the best time

perfect location for exploring the best of NYC — Lincoln Center, Central Park, Museum of Natural History, NY Historical Society, in the heart of the upper westside.
