Apartment, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Full Baths,
We travel widely and know what it means to stay at an accommodation that goes beyond just providing the basics and makes for a memorable visit. The same type of elegant appointments in our city apartment also decorate our fully restored, 210-year-old second-home in Connecticut. NYC is our prime residence yet we make our apt. available for rentals while staying at our home in CT.

Why Sheila chose Lincoln Square
Fantastic location on one of the most beautiful blocks on the Westside with historic landmark buildings. The apt. is a real gem with a unique townhouse layout inside.

We Will Return
Everything about this apartment makes you want to return to it for your next stay in NYC. It’s well located for attractions in the vicinity of Central Park, near good restaurants and grocery stores, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with the things needed for your stay. We particularly enjoyed meeting one of the owners who gave us all the information we needed when we arrived. We join all the other 5-star reviews on this site. They’re well-deserved.
Meticulous host support for our stay in this superb apartment.
Charlie and Russell were an absolute pleasure to host!
Beautiful Condo on the West Side
What a wonderful place! The owners could not have been nicer and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The Condo is full of antiques and I recommend the shower downstairs. The Condo was centrally located so access the the sights was very convenient. The Kitchen has a full complement. If I were going to New York again, I would not hesitate to stay in this home again.
Great location and beautiful apartment We stay there every time we come to New York.
Fantastic stay. Close to subway and lots of other amenities.
Magical Xmas and New Year break just by Central Park
We had a simply wonderful time staying in this stunning apartment over Christmas and New Year.
It started very well with a delightful meeting with the owners who showed us how everything worked and told us where to go for our food supplies etc. The lovely bottle of wine and fantastic cookies from the Levain Bakery were very much appreciated.
We loved everything about the apartment – the fabulous very large drawing room with high ceiling, lots of books and art, and an open fire (which we didn’t need as the weather was very mild and sunny for all but one of our 9 days there).
The kitchen was so well equipped – absolutely everything we could possibly need. We only used the main bedroom – it was very cosy and extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were both perfect – a big shower near the bedroom and a lovely tub/shower upstairs. We had brought enough clothes for a month and there was plenty of room for them all. We used the shared laundry facilities once – very convenient – right beside the lower door to the apartment and it was very clean and efficient.
The apartment was amazingly quiet – we had expected there to be some traffic noise but there was none. We liked coming in directly from the street.
New Year’s Eve was the only bad weather day we had which was a pity but we just left the apartment (in a downpour!) at 23.45, walked a couple of hundred yards to Central Park West, crossed the road and had uninterrupted fantastic views of the fireworks – with just a handful of people around us. Then we only had a couple of minutes’ walk back to the apartment afterwards. Simply brilliant! No way would we have gone down to Times Square with 1 million people, CNN claim, instead.
The owners kept in touch in case we needed any help which we didn’t – they had briefed us very well when we met. We very much appreciated the housekeeping visit half way through our stay – the lady who came in did a great job.
We have friends & family in the City and in Long Island and New Jersey – so we had quite a few day trips to catch up with them. We are keen theatre fans and managed 6 shows while we were in town, We also took out membership of the Met Museum of Art and went several times (great value at $80 if you live more than 200 miles outside of NYC). The location of the apartment makes it very easy to get around. It was so calm and relaxing to return there after our busy days – we loved it and certainly plan to return!
Great home and hosts

perfect location for exploring the best of NYC — Lincoln Center, Central Park, Museum of Natural History, NY Historical Society, in the heart of the upper westside.
