Great house

  • 5 of 5

The house was great with so much character. There were seven of us and we had plenty of room. Irina was very helpful through the whole process which was very much appreciated.

Girls trip

  • 4 of 5

A family girls trip for ages 28 to 85. This house accommodated 9 of us very well, enough beds and bathrooms. Very comfortable, art work everywhere. Close enough to walk to shopping and theatre. Not sure I would like to walk around at night but I do not do that at home either. Would definitely recommend this house and the owner is only a phone call away if any concerns.

Everything We Hoped It Would Be (and Everything It Was Represented to Be)!

  • 5 of 5

A family of four plus a related family of two, in Toronto to visit more family - for the first time! Two Dads, one Mom and three girls 12 and older. The pictures - true to life. The description and amenities - spot on. Spacious and acommodating. Clean and well-kept. Irina was prompt, timely, responsive, friendly, helpful, and reasonable. Arts on Seaton is in a great location, walking distance from much of what we wanted to see and do, and a subway ride from others. The garage was a bonus. Absolutely an "I would definitely recommend to others!"

Very nice home in Cabbagetown Toronto!

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed the home while we were in Toronto. It is very convenient for transportation and other needs. Parking is available and if needed parking on the street with permit was not difficult. Do not be alarmed by some of the unsavory women a few blocks away. They are not in the neighborhood and it is a safe neighborhood to walk in (we did).

The home is very charming and just as pictured. It is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. There is a variety of art--those with children might want to help educate them on what art is before arriving. The house rules are reasonable, but there are tenants in the basement and if you want to stay up late this could be a challenge from a noise perspective. The owners are very easy to work with and communicate very quickly. I would recommend the property to others.

Toronto is a beautiful place to visit. Just go down Dundas on a street car and enjoy Yonge St and Dundas. Nice!!!

Excellent for large families

  • 5 of 5

My extended family of 9 was accommodated very comfortably in the house. Ample space to eat, sleep and lounge between activities. Close to transit stops, grocery stores and a few restaurants although we usually took the tram downtown to eat. I absolutely would book Arts on Seaton again and would happily recommend the house to any larger family looking for accommodation. As an added bonus, the house is beautifully decorated with artwork and craft hung on every wall. A five star stay just outside of downtown.

Very spacious well equipped, comfortable, clean, centrally located property

  • 5 of 5

The house is enormous in size, very clean and comfortable with good quality furniture, bedrooms and bathrooms spread over three floors. It is centrally located within easy walking distance of the Eaton Centre and Art Museum. There is a Freshco supermarket within 300 yds of the property and other larger supermarkets a short car ride away, having a full range of products and providing free parking. We found Loblaws supermarket the easiest option for our diverse needs. Being so close to the centre of Toronto we found resteraunts plentyful that fit with our tastes and pocket.

Parking on the street is ample and costs only $23 per week. Irina arranged this for me. The house does have a garage but this will only fit a small car.(mid size uk car)

The house is fully equipped and more than adequate kitchen and dining room seating, cooking utensils and crockery for our party of 6 adults. On a number of occassions my son and his wife (local residents) joined us for meals and we did not feel cramped at all. The dishwasher made it easy to ensure washing up was always up to date with minimal effort.

My wife particularly liked the washer and dryer. They were quick and efficient allowing her to avoid taking home lots of washing and freshening items during our stay.

We had an excellent stay and were not disturbed or bothered in any way.

Irina the owner is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to ensure you have a good stay.

I would not hesitate to use the house again if we were visiting in numbers again. This was the view of all members of our party. I would also recommend it to other similar sized parties as you will have plenty of space to spread out or get together as required in very pleasant surroundings.
