3 Bedroom waterfront home located on Sunset Point in Hull, Ma.. Home is located on the bayside and is directly on the bay.
Swim outside your backyard. Have a beautiful sunset view of the Boston skyline each evening. Sunset Point is quiet, safe and the most beautiful spot in Hull. Nantasket Beach is only a ten minute walk.
The house was completely remodeled in 2008. The house has new appliances, Internet/cable jacks in each bedroom, ceiling fans in each bedroom, and linens are included. There is a home theater system. Boston is only 30 minutes by commuter boat or commuter train.
This home has been in our family since 1979 and hopefully I will keep it well into retirement. Although I work out of town, I enjoy spending weekends whenever I can get away. The convenience of walking out to the beach and swimming is wonderful. The protected bay makes it ideal for kayaking or windsurfing.
The Owner purchased this house in 1972
I have spent the better part of most of my Summers in Hull. My parents purchased this home in 1979 and we have enjoyed it since then. Sunset point I believe is the most beautiful part of Hull. It is off the beaten path but convenient to everything. I have enjoyed swimming just outside the backyard as well as windsurfing. The beautiful sunsets each evening are a bonus.
This home was completely renovated 5 years ago and has all new appliances, plumbing and electrical. New energy efficient heating and hotwater system installed last December. The location allows guests to enjoy watersports just off the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet but has wonderful neighbors. Nantasket Beach is only a ten minute walk away. The commuter boats and trains are only a short drive away. Hull is convenient enough to commute to Boston as many of my neighbors do.
Beautiful property but needs a few things fixed. Ice and water machine did not work as well as stove top.
Otherwise very lovely
The house is right on the water with beautiful views. Great for a relaxing vacation and also very close to the beaches, the ferry from Hull into Boston yet in a quiet spot.
Beautifully renovated and well-maintained Pottery Barn styled home on the bay. Backyard access to clamming, paddle boarding/kayaking, swimming and sea life critter discoveries at low tide. Great morning and end of day beach alternative for children and families. Nice quiet neighborhood friendly to walking and bikes. Picturesque sunsets with view of Boston across the bay and harbor islands are something not to miss. House is welcoming, well-appointed and has open water views from the front door to the back porch. Easy and approachable caretaker/owner experience. Modern appliances all around and plentiful amenities to make a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. This was our second time renting this house and look forward to returning again next summer.
The home is located right on the water with beautiful views. The home has everything one would require for The most enjoyable of visits. It was my second time renting this wonderful home and I can't wit to rent it again. Paul C. From San Duego.
We loved this house. The waterview is wonderful, you can see the bay from your first step inside the home. The home was immaculate and all of our needs we taken care of. The lovely gesture of having the Boston paper at your door in the morning made, coffee and the paper on the porch in the morning a real treat. This home is on sunset point a pennisular that has sunsets that are spectacular. Our family enjoyed local lobsters and seafood, a real New England treat. The beach is at the end of the hill for long walks swimming, surfing etc.You can take a short trip over to Boston from the Hull station, very quick and inexpensive for a day in the city. You can also drive to the cape, but Hull, Hingham, and Cohasset are great. The owner and his assistant were really wonderful. We look forward to going back next year. The Bergan- white family
We will definitely be BACK!
This home had everything and more! Anne ensured the house was clean and well stocked. Anne went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
This home was in the perfect place to access Boston. We were a family of four that week, my teenage son claimed the back porch. He enjoyed the sea air while maintaining constant contact with his electronic devices! Our seven year old, scoured the shore line for interesting finds. The beach down the street was heavenly and the town so delightful!!
We were a family on the move and can highly recommend the Hop-on Hop off Boston tour, Whale watching tour, The Boston Aquarium, the Museum of Science, The Peabody Museum of Archaeology, The Harvard Museum of Natural History, Paul Revere's House, The freedom Trail, Boston Children's Museum, The Franklin Zoo and so many delicious seafood restaurants! The game at Fenway Park was the ultimate highlight for the men in the family.
Thank you Shawn for sharing your beautiful home with us.
