Ideal Location, Ideal Accommodations

  • 5 of 5

Perfectly situated for walking around Savannah. Beautifully decorated, many wonderful resources provided for getting around Savannah as well as some great books about the area. All the comforts of home and then some. A perfect spot whether you've been to Savannah before or if it's your first time.

It was a lovely clean and well laid out apartment on the ground floor.

Very central to walk into the center and the guys had provided bikes which were very handy for touring further. Good central location and the hosts are helpful and attentive

Great location. Close to downtown.

It was great. Would have been top notch if the bikes had air in the tires. My wife and I were looking forward to riding bikes through Savannah.

Artist House Lower is comfortable and homey. So convenient,

  • 5 of 5

This is our second time to stay at Artist House in Savannah. The house is clean and comfortable and very convenient to walking in Forsyth Park. There was quite a bit of rain, so we were not able to take advantage of the lovely patio, but maybe next time. Definitely I would love to stay here again. Chuck and Deb have pretty much thought of everything. I would recommend to friends. We loved walking to the Sentient Bean and to Brighter Day. John took an early morning bike ride around the park our last day.

Location, Location, Location!

  • 5 of 5

The Artist House was a lovely place to stay and is well designed for a family with 2 children due to the second bedroom having twin beds. We stayed here with another couple (already knowing about the twin beds) but the location was so perfect to walk everywhere that we decided to suck it up and one couple would have twin beds! Even though there were travelers in the upstairs unit, we were never bothered by any noise and barely knew they were there. The house itself is comfortable and has all of the cool character and charm you would expect an old house to have. We are already planning another visit to Savannah and we would definitely book this home again if available!

Girl's weekend

  • 5 of 5

Had a wonderful stay at Lower Artist's House! The accommodations were just as advertised. Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The Crystal Beer Parlor is less than 5 minute walk and we highly recommend the crab stew. Tybee Island is a 30 minute drive and beautiful. Would definitely recommend this house to others!
