The Villa Musica was built around 1910 by the Director of the Opera of Bordeaux and is one of the Lacanau's historical monuments.
It has been carefully restored in 2014, so that its historical core has been beautifully maintained.
It is divided into three units:
The 'villa', or main house, bedding 12 persons. From the spacious combined kitchen/living room you have direct access to the roofed terrace and the large exclusive garden of 1500 square meters. Also on the ground floor you find a toilet and the double 'jardin'- bedroom. Upstairs are one bedroom for 4- 6 people, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
The 'apartment' beds 4 to 6 people, consists of a bedroom for 4, a kitchen with bedsofa for another 2 people, a bathroom - and also a separate garden. The 'loft', ideal for surfers, beds 2 to 4 people on a mezzanine floor and a bedsofa and consists of a large living room with a kitchen corner and a bathroom.
All units can be linked in order to gain accommodation for up to 22 people. The sea is 50 meters away and visible from the upper rooms.
