This gorgeous SOUTHEAST CORNER condo is our home that we make available certain times during the year. Located in a residential neighborhood south of Daytona Beach we are at the North end of the "TRAFFIC FREE" beach, a prime location on Florida's east coast. You will be within a 1 hour drive to all Orlando area theme parks, Ponce Inlet, Kennedy Space Center, and St. Augustine your activity, nightlife, and dining choices are endless.

Furnished in the colors and style of South Miami Beach this condo offers the comfort and accommodations of a Million Dollar condo. Offering spectacular sunrises this over 2200 square foot southeast corner unit includes luxury amenities like granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, flat screen T.V's in ALL bedrooms and Living Room, wireless internet, separate laundry room with Whirlpool front load Washer and Dryer, surround sound stereo and a particular attention to your comfort with our pillow top beds, linens and variety of pillows.

The master suite has an amazing ocean front view. It has a king bed with a Sealy mattress, a 36" inch Flat Screen TV, and reading chair. The suite has a large walk in closet. It also has a grand private master bath with two sinks, granite counter tops, a large walk in shower, and a Jetted two person bath. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and separate dining area that seats 8 making it ideal for entertaining. This corner unit has wrap around windows and 9' ceilings for a sense of openness and panoramic views of the ocean. There is an ocean view from each bedroom as well as ample closets. The front bedroom has a private bath, Queen Bed, a 26" Flat Screen TV, and a walk in closet. Middle Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed and wall mounted 32" Flat Screen TV.

The community room features card tables, billiards, kitchen and fitness center. There is a hot tub spa on the oceanfront pool deck. The unit includes secured underground parking with one reserved parking space, and first come first served deck parking in front of the building. There is direct access to the beach with a ramp from the pool and garage.

About Gary and Susan Silverman

My wife and I purchased our beachfront condo new in 2007 to be close to our many friends who have weekend condos and boats in Daytona Beach Shores. We enjoy the tranquility of this area of Daytona Beach, the boating, weather, and great beach hang-outs. We are in the building and real estate industry and now that market conditions are improving dramatically we feel our area and our particular building will be a good investment for the future as there is only so much oceanfront and new construction will be limited in the future because of restrictions. I am an Associate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties in Midtown Atlanta, my wife is also in Real Estate, and our daughter is a Senior at the University of Georgia Grady School of Journalism majoring in both Mass Communications, Theater, and a minor in French. She will be interning at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Los Angeles this summer and attending UCLA in the fal getting her Master's Degree in Film Producing Whenever we have time, we enjoy visiting our condo and relish the time we spend there. Since relocating to Atlanta on 2010 we have made "OUR HOME" - "YOUR HOME" 48 weeks out of the year.

Why Gary and Susan Silverman chose Florida

This is primarily our home that we designed and furnished for our comfort. We make it available on a limited basis when we are out of town. As a result, we feel we have one of the nicest units for limited rental in a great building. We are at the beginning of the "Traffic Free" beach in a very quiet residential area south of Daytona Beach. It's a great location and a beautiful place. Sanibel is rarely full so it's like your own private resort.

What makes this condo unique

There is nothing like the beach life. You wake up to gorgeous sunrises with a vast expanse of sand to take a morning walk. The moon rising over the ocean is a spectacular sight, particularly when it's a Full Moon. There is such a feeling of well being here. There are great restaurants that are informal, value priced, and a lot of fun. We are convenient to the Central Florida area theme parks, fishing, boating, live music, seafood, and people with great attitudes. We enjoy renting a movie and enjoying the surround sound with friends, sitting on the balcony and watching the moon rise over the ocean with a cold drink or glass of wine. In the mornings you'll find your neighbors walking on the "Traffic Free" and enjoying the cool ocean breezes. There are over 30 restaurants within 10 minutes of the condo with a diverse selection of foods from seafood to BBQ, pizza to sushi, mexican to ice cream and great appetizers.

Light and Airy Southeast Corner Unit with wraparound windows at the beginning of the north end of the TRAFFIC-FREE beach, 3 miles north of Ponce Inlet. All bedrooms have outside facing windows with various views of the beach. No bedrooms have windows overlooking a inside walkway or catwalk.

Great vacation property

Sanibel 205 was clean and decorated well. Plenty to do in Daytona Beach Shores, great shopping and good food. Parking can be an issue if you have more than one car at Sanibel.

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful View on The Balcony Right on the Beach

Beautiful 3 Bedroom plus a den. The Condo was Beautiful, Clean, had everything we needed. Very spacious for our group of 5 people, easily could of had room for more. We fixed breakfast every morning, the kitchen had everything including measuring cups, cookie sheets, muffin tins, even a rolling pin, and a blender. The owner, Gary is easy to get ahold of and responds back quickly. Only issue we had is learning how to unlock the door with the key, once we learned the trick to unlocking the door with the key everything else went very smoothly. Really enjoyed our week.

Wonderful Vacation Spot !!

We were able to get a spur-of-the-moment rental during the last week in January. Gary helped me work through the many details of finalizing the rental agreement and laying out the logistics and he was extremely thorough in all respects. The place is absolutely beautiful and beyond our expectations (this is not your ordinary beachfront rental condo). The location was on a relatively quiet part of the beach and main road. Walk out and turn left and you're on the driving part of the beach. Walk out and turn right and you're on the non-driving part of the beach. Best of both worlds right outside your door. There are many excellent restaurants within five or ten minutes and the owners' suggestions were right-on. We used this a base to daily explore state parks and natural areas within fifty miles and the location could not have been better. We loved this place and highly recommend it.

Beautiful, spacious condo

This condo was huge--my guess would be close to 2400 sq ft. We were 3 friends and each of us had our own room and bathroom which allowed us each our own space. On the flip side the living and dining room areas were large and conducive to gathering together. The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished well. From stays at other condos I always take a sharp knife and good frying pan--didn't need them here, all we needed was provided and in great shape. Loved the deep Jacuzzi tub! Balcony was spacious and loved sitting out there watching the beach and birds. The weather was a bit chilly so didn't use the pool and spa, but they looked very inviting. Access to the beach was with a ramp rather than stairs which is nice if one has problems steps. Communication with the owners was prompt and very clear. Loved everything and would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

My two daughters, one of their partners, my grandson and I stayed at the Sanibel condo for the week prior to Thanksgiving. The access to the beach was great! We walked the beach together and found great treasures. The condo itself was roomy, well-appointed and relaxing!! The list of restaurants was so helpful and we took advantage of the local great dining! Our absolute favorite part was a visit to nearby Blue Springs where we saw Manatees in their stunning natural habitat! We would return again!
