Family vacation at the bungalow

  • 5 of 5

This was my best vacation ever. Having the opportunity to stay at the bungalow that the owners Larry & Joan provided my family was beyond what I could have imagined. They provided the best home away vacation home that I highly recommend. There was nothing missing that you can think of that you'd need that wasn't there. They thought of everything, to which I say, just bring your clothes and go to the nearby shopping area to get whatever food you need. It felt like a retreat being there. The decor was beautiful and my favorite spot was the hammock that was so relaxing to start my days in. Each of my children found unique aspects of the bungalow that made them very happy to be there. My son said I should bring him back with some of his friends the next time. That's my 11year old for whom the zip line was a big hit. Any need that arose was promptly addressed by the owners. I'll stay there again anytime, my family wants to visit the area. It was better than staying at a hotel and much more economical.

Working out of town.

  • 5 of 5

We were working out of town for a couple of months and hate staying in shabby motels. This bungalow was perfect. The posting does not do it justice. It is spacious, clean very comfortable, well stocked. The location is convenient. The price is amazing. We will definitely stay again if in the Tulsa area.

Family stay for wedding

  • 5 of 5

Our family stayed here for my Daughter's wedding. Everything was clean and welcoming. Kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed including a cooler to take our lunch with us. Owners were very responsive to questions and concerns both before and during our stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

It was a wonderful place to stay. The location was convenient and easy to find. It was clean and well maintained. The best part for us was the backyard. We have two small boys and it was a great place to come back to. Our boys loved the zip line, the swing set and large backyard to run and play. Our boys will tell you the zip line was their favorite part of the vacation. The owners were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend.

My daughters and I came in for some shopping and relaxation. This was so much nicer than a hotel room. It was very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. We were just a few minutes to the stores and restaurants, but without the city noise and traffic. What a great getaway spot!

Perfect Home-base for my Wedding

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay. I am very thankful to the homeowners for offering this charming spot at such a reasonable price. Our stay was related to my wedding down the street at Arrow Springs Chapel. I was coming in from out-of-town and needed a place to stay with my two groomsman, my grandpa, sister and cousin. Later my parents were also able to stay with my grandpa after the wedding guests had vacated. The kitchen was already stocked with all necessary cookware for our family to prepare a number of group meals, and the Flatscreen TV helped us catch some important college football games. The gas fireplace was really cozy since it got down-right cold a few of the nights. In any case, we were all very comfortable with the central air anyway. Although it was winter, I personally enjoyed the hammock in the yard which provided me some choice moments of solitude in the days leading up to the ceremony.

On the last day, I not only drained the car battery, but I also locked my keys in the car. No worries, because the homeowner kindly gave me a jump and helped me to unlock the car as well!

The Bungalow is close to Wal-mart and near the Creek Turnpike, which gets you anywhere in Tulsa fast.
