About the property

Townhome, 4 BR/3BA, Large family room with woodburning fireplace (Sleeps 10-12)

This is the ideal location for those that want to be close to skiing and historic Breckenridge downtown. You are a block away from the Peak 9 base with the Quick Silver high-speed lift, ski school, rental shops, childcare and more. Less than 2 blocks away is historic Main Street, lined with charming shops, museums and restaurants. A free shuttle bus stop is within 100 feet, with access to all 4 Breckenridge ski areas and connections to Vail, Copper Mountain, Keystone and A-Basin. To the rear of the complex is the Blue River with hiking, fishing and mountain biking. This is the original housing area when the Breck ski resort was first established, so is the most convenient location to both the mountain and town.

There’s plenty of room to relax in this beautifully renovated, ground level townhome. The large sunny great room features mountain décor, vaulted ceilings, custom alder woodwork, skylights, a wood-burning fireplace with natural stone and a handcrafted log mantle. The great room seating includes 2 leather recliners, a 4 person couch and 2 arm chairs situated around a large coffee/game table. The entertainment center is equipped with a 40” LCD TV, DVD, Stereo receiver, surround sound and DVD player. The SE wall of the great room is all glass and opens to the deck with patio set, seating benches and a gas grill to enjoy the Colorado outdoors, where it is not uncommon to spot our resident fox family.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need to prepare a meal in. Opening to the great room, the kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, knotty hickory cabinets, leathered granite countertops and an eating bar with 4 stools. The large dining room features an oak, handcrafted, farmer’s dining table, marble top buffet, and secretarial desk in corner.

The townhome has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, plus a 4th private, bedroom vanity. The large master bedroom features a log queen size bed, flat screen TV and a private bath with 2 vanities and a large walk-in shower with seat. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, built in cabinets/drawers and a private vanity with sink. Bedrooms 3 & 4 each sleep 3 with a full size bed under a twin bed. A second guest bath was beautifully redone to include a large, 2 person Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. In the great room is a fold out, king size sofa and nearby a 3rd full bath with a tub/shower combination.

Other conveniences include wireless high speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer in the townhome and private covered parking for 2 cars. The mudroom is large enough for the entire group to store their equipment. The entry room has heated boot and coat racks… ahhh… dry, warm boots and gear in the morning.

It is hard to beat the location and comfort of our Mill Run Townhome.

About Toni and David Alexander

We're a family of 5 and have always enjoyed the Breckenridge area. The mountain and town are a live in the winter, the outdoors are abundant in the spring and summer, and the colors unforgettable in the fall. We’re certain you’ll enjoy our place as much as we do.

Toni and David Alexander purchased this townhome in 2007

Why Toni and David Alexander chose Warrior's Mark

We love this location in Breck, so handy to the mountain and all the shops and restaurants on main street. Being a ground floor townhome with no one above or below you was important to us, very quite and gives you immediate access to the large courtyard in the front and the large deck out your back door.

What makes this townhome unique

We've worked hard to make it comfortable for families as is evident from reading our online guest comments. The interior has been completely gutted and rebuilt to be a beautiful mountain home that we are very proud of.

Accommodations for a large group, great cabin feel, quick walk to Main Street!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at the Mill Run Townhome for a bachelorette weekend up in Breckenridge. Check in was a breeze and the house was cute, clean and just as we expected. We loved that the kitchen came equipped with plenty of cooking utensils. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Place for a Fair (Great) Price

  • 5 of 5

The executive summary is that this is a nice and cozy place that the owners are offering at a fair price and has everything you need for a successful ski trip.

We had 9 adults in their late 20's in this town home and we had a great time. With 7 separate beds (including the pull out couch), only the couples had to sleep together. The home is nice and large, but in filling it with 9 people, we did have some tight spaces upstairs where all 4 bedrooms are located. Some of that probably could have been avoided if we had done more unpacking instead of just living out of our suitcases. What I don't see in the pictures of the bedrooms with bunk beds is I believe they had a nice storage shelf where you could probably put your suitcase to get it out of the way once you unpack it. I did not stay in either of those rooms so I cannot say with complete certainty. We also really enjoyed the large table for gathering everyone.

We successfully cooked 3 large meals while we were there and appreciated the abundant plates, bowls, and utensils. There were also a decent number of pots with the only concern being that there wasn't a giant one. The crock pot was also on the medium size so it's certainly good for making a side dish but not going to make soup for 9 adults. As a dish washer, I enjoyed the large, non-split sink. There were several food prep knives but only one of them was sharp. Not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to have a slightly better set.

Two of the three bathrooms were quite nice, and having 3 showers was great for getting everyone showered up after a long day of skiing.

The walk to the slopes was probably on the edge of many people's comfort level. If you only do it once or maybe twice a day, it's bearable; but if you're in and out all day long, it's not going to be fun. We also walked into town a few times and that wasn't too bad, especially considering you're not carrying ski gear in that situation. I cannot comment on the convenience of the shuttle because we did not use it during our stay.

Overall, we are very grateful to the owners for providing a wonderful place to stay so that we could enjoy a great ski trip. I even had my credit card cancelled while I was there and they worked with me to ensure I still received my damage deposit. We definitely recommend it.

Convenient location, great value, nice property

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed this property. This inside was nicely remodeled and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We have seven in our family and there was plenty of room for us to spread out.

The location worked out nicely for us. Most of the time we drove into town - only a short 2-3 minute drive, but a few times we walked. Took about ten minutes to get to town, and once we walked to the smaller, natural food grocery store, which took about 15 minutes. Our stay was in August, so the weather was nice and there was no snow.

One of our favorite things about this place was the nearby river/creek. If you go out the back of the complex, the road leads you (very soon) to a place where you can walk down to a shallow river or creek. We took great pictures here, and my kids were able to play in the water and throw rocks. You can take a hike for a ways through the woods.

The house and grounds were well kept and clean. The mud room was great for keeping our rented bikes.

This was a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay here.

Great place, very clean, well maintained, and comfortable

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time at Mill Run, the condo is in a convenient location and in great shape. All the beds were comfortable, including the bunk beds even for adults. We slept 7 adults and 3 kids without any problems and the sofa sleeper is much better than most. Grill on the back patio worked well. Filtered water in the kitchen fridge was very helpful. No neighborhood noise. Separate area for ski gear worked out perfectly. Definitely in the top few places we've stayed in Breck.
