PREMIUM LINENS AND TOWELS - All of our units are stocked with 100% Turkish cotton bath towels and matching hand towels and washcloths. The beds are all made with ultra-soft linens, plenty of nice pillows and duvet covers on the comforters that are cleaned between every reservation. We want you to be more comfortable than you are at home!
AMENITIES - Your condo will of course have spa quality soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in each bathroom when you arrive, so you can feel comfortable immediately.
COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE - Our guests will arrive with a bag of fresh roasted coffee from Silver Bean Coffee, a local premium roaster.
GROCERY SERVICE - An optional grocery service is available to our guests who would like to have some essentials in the unit when they arrive. We purchase groceries at the local stores within 24 hours of your arrival, and purchase name brand items as much as possible.
A friend and I, both mid 50's males, stayed here while enjoying some late spring skiing. As advertised, the unit is a 200 yd walk to the first lift, and a 300 yd walk to the Crescent lift. It was very spacious for the 2 of us, with 1 full bedroom downstairs and 2 King beds in an upstairs loft. Each of us had our own restroom and shower. A quick 100 yd walk got us to the spacious outdoor hot tub and pool. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. Directly outside is a bus stop to take you onto Main Street. There is even a web site that will GPS track the bus so you can time it perfectly to walk outside. We never took the bus home because Uber was an immediate convenient option. Ruth Chris is a short walk down the 18th fairway which is right outside your door.
Chris, the onsite property manager, was great to work with. He was very accommodating.

Perfect condo for ski vacation for a family of 4. Location was unbeatable - walk to slopes and down town. Condo was nicely redone and beds were comfortable with nice linens. It is a corner untit so it did not feel like a condo - more like a house and overlooked lots of open space. Chris - the manager - was a pleasure to work with. The water heater went out during our stay and he had a plumber out the same day to fix it. He even came to help out. We knew we were in good hands during our stay. Would rent this condo again for a future trip to park city.
You get exactly what is said. The house was very comfortable. My kids loved sleeping in the giant beds on the Mezzanine level, and the master was comfortable too. Lots of utilities to be able to home cook pretty much anything. There were board games to keep us entertained and comfortable seating for TV. Very close to the slopes and access to a couple of lifts. Access to a nice pool and spa was an extra treat. We would definitely come back to this property-we real loved our week away! And the owner is very responsive to any questions.
My group of 3 adults and 2 kids found the place spacious, clean, comfortable, and very convenient to the resort. We ended up driving to Main Street mostly to make things easier with kids but the shuttle stop is almost right outside. Chris with Park City Experience was fantastic to work with and I especially appreciated the recommendation on Aloha Rentals for ski equipment. It was cheap, great equipment, and they let us keep the equipment for a day that we didn't use it without charging us.
We again stayed at 3 Kings for our annual week in Park City. The condo and location were perfect for our family, including and 8 and 6 year old. They love the skiing and the hot tub. The bus is right out the door and the first time chair is a short walk. Chris was once again an outstanding host. He even replaced our lost key within an hour--saving lots of panic. We all look forward to returning in 2017.
