The two houses were designed by the Berlin architect Norbert Möhring. The attic bedroom have its own integrated shower-bath each. The kitchen is endless. Above the dining table, a gallery with a view to the large skylights. During the day, these windows provide light-filled Räüme, at night you can see if the weather the moon and the stars.
It has a very nice view of the lake on the Bay of Greifswald.
All windows are triple glazed. Be heated houses in all rooms with underfloor central heating.
For further comfort, a stove provides.
The floors are covered with solid real wood oak flooring.
