In minimalistic style newly renovated holiday home in the Old Town of Palma, perfect for people who are looking for a quiet place and don´t want miss the city life. The living area of 150 m2 is distributed on three levels: At the street level is the entrance and a garage (suitable for smaller cars). The first floor offers a spacious bright living room with an open American kitchen and laundry room. Furthermore, it has 2 double bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms and on the third floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing area. The highlight is the private roof terrace, which is furnished with loungers and dining table and impress with magnificent views over the roofs of the old town of Palma. The house is on a quiet street, yet centrally located to cafes, restaurants and city attractions. The house dispose over a garage space in a car park, aprox. 3 walking minutes away.

Great location, very good for a group of friends

Stayed at this place last week, 6 friends celebrating a 50th birthday. Lovely place, bigger than in the pics. The 2 seater has now been replaced by a large L shaped sofa, which makes sense in a 6 person house. The house is spread over 5 floors so if you suffer with leg issues, its not for you. You enter on ground level and go up to the kitchen and lounge. This includes a large utility room at the back of the kitchen. The next level up has two twin bedrooms. Both fine, but definitely missing a mirror in the hallway. We had the much smaller room of the two, which was a real struggle for two ladies - 1 tiny bathroom mirror, but fantastic storage. The next level up is the master suite - huge room. However, the description above says two single beds or a double, its just a double. We were going to zip lock it apart so that the birthday boy could share with another male friend but were unable to do this. The NEXT level up is the roof so be prepared to be a lot fitter when you leave!! Roof top is great. Furniture very old up there but works for the moment. The "shower" is hilarious but does the job. Some more lighting and maybe some plants would be lovely.

Pluses - the beds were really comfortable and most of us slept really well. The road is very pretty and as its residential, very quiet so you can totally chill out, despite being 5 mins walk from the main shopping street. There's lots of room to chill out even with 6 adults, and its very safe & secure.

Minuses - previous reviews mentioned the lack of toilet rolls & soap - 2 years on, this is still the case. I mentioned this to the lady who came with the keys. I checked on arrival, no loo roll. She said she'd come back with some - no she didn't. The pillows really need replacing on the beds. Mine was fine but 2 of my pals said theirs were full of air so hurt their necks. Plug sockets need an overhaul as we struggled to fit our adaptor plugs in, and the kettle needs replacing - half the time it wouldn't work, and it literally smoked a few times, which is very worrying.

Also, and again in a previous review, there's no binder telling you how to use things so we had to root around for wifi codes, the air conditioning never worked after day 1, washing machine - discovered that the water was switched off AT THE MAINS, cooker was child locked etc so by making some small adjustments and leaving a binder of "how to", this COULD be an amazing place.

Great house in a great location, BUT...

This townhouse has been refurbished and furnished to a very high standard, but the customer service is simply hopeless. It took weeks to set up a way of paying the deposit by credit card, then the rent, cleaning charge and security deposit were required to be paid in cash on arrival even though I offered to pay by bank transfer a week in advance. The property manager was inflexible about the time for meeting up to obtain keys and later to return the deposit. Phone calls, emails & text messages went unanswered. Basic supplies such as toilet paper and soap had to be requested as none available on arrival. There is no binder or folder containing basic information about the functioning of the wifi, TV, kitchen equipment, etc., nor any map of the local area showing where one can purchase basic supplies, as none are provided. If you are prepared to deal with superficially charming but very indifferent customer service, the house itself is great. [Let's hope that construction on the adjoining house will be finished soon -- the noise was simply unbelievable!]

Townhouse with terrace

The townhouse was exactly as described. In a great location with fantastic views over the city and the cathedral. Rooms were well decorated and cleaned to a high standard with all the amenities you would need. Only a couple of minutes walk to the main shopping area and within an easy walk to the train station. Gabriela who I dealt with for the booking was excellent and kept in constant communication with all my questions and queries. Joana who met us at the townhouse was lovely and recommended places to visit and eat. Overall an excellent stay and we will definitely return.

Excellent Townhouse in a great location

The house was exactly as described. All rooms were lovely and the house has a great location in a quiet street with fantastic view of the city and cathedral from the roof terrace. 6 of us stayed including 1 small child and there was plenty of space. We were given a warm welcome and would definitely stay again.

Tolles Feriendomizil, zentral und dennoch ruhig

Wunderbares Feriendomizil, zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Sehr netter Empfang.Sehr sauber, viel Platz. Achtung: am 3. Schlafzimmer ganz oben gibt es keine Tür zum Treppenhaus hin. Supermarkt ist um die Ecke, alles in Palma zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekt auch der Parkplatz in der nahegelegenen Tiefgarage. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine und auch keine Reste an Gewürzen, Öl, Kaffee o.ä. Also diese und ein paar Tabs für die Spülmaschine mitbringen oder vor Ort besorgen. Ebenso ein Brettchen zum Schneiden von Brot etc. und ein kleines Obstmesser, wenn man das braucht. WLAN vorhanden. Gegenüber ist ein Kindergarten, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Empfehlung!

Ein wirklich schönes und praktisch eingerichtetes Haus in guter Altstadtlage mit Charme.

Am meisten haben wir die gemütliche Terrasse und die zentrale Lage des Hauses genossen. Alles, was man braucht ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Anmietung und Übergabe klappten einfach und reibungslos. Top!

Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.
