Main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a den that converts to a bedroom. Guest house is 1 large bedroom with a sitting area and 1 bathroom. It is a 2.5 block walk to Sail Bay, perfect for sailing, windsurfing and kite-surfing and a 3.5 block walk to Ski Bay, host to power boats and jet skis!

This is a private home in a quiet neighborhood which we make available as a vacation rental. We request that guests respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.
Individuals under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We purchased the house while I was attending graduate school at the University of San Diego. We were hoping to stay in San Diego permanently but work took us away. We love our house and the location and decided to keep the house and rent on a vacation basis to allow us to return and continue to enjoy it ourselves. We had two children while living there and now have four.

My favorite thing about the house is that in 60 seconds I could jog to the Mission Bay Boardwalk to exercise, in 5 minutes I could be at a great surfing beach and in 2 hours I could be snow skiing in the San Gabriel mountains outside of LA.
Thank you Tyler. I have been so busy since we returned that I haven't had time to thank you for your patience with all of my calls. We ALL loved your house and the location couldn't have been better. We just walked right down the street a few blocks and we were at the wedding! Then, we all drove five minutes to my sons house for the after wedding celebration. It was just perfect.
The house was so warm and inviting and flexible to all of our needs. We were amazed and jealous of your washers and dryers. None of us have seen anything so big in a private home before. Having two sets was a really great thing when we were organizing our way out in shifts.
Since it was the first time we've ever been able to do anything like this together, we are thrilled that your place added to the perfection of this once in a lifetime event for us.

We loved our stay in this house and would definitely consider staying here again. It is a ‘70s style ranch house but with plenty of room, clean and comfortable. The spacious patio and fenced-in yard was great for relaxing and entertaining. This would be an ideal place for families with kids. Our one wish would have been for a radio/stereo or something to plug an iPod into.
