Why The Owner chose Downtown Seattle

We own another vacation rental unit with a partial view. The demand for availability was a need so when this unit came available, we fell in love with the VIEWS! This condo has all the everything a hotel would have and the location was just perfect that we could not let this one go by.

What makes this condo unique

Location~Location~LOCATION! Nothing beats living in the heart of Seattle with everything within walking distance. The city life is Great! Shops nearby, coffee shops right in the building and secure underground parking too!

Loved the condo!!

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely breath taking views from every room. Visited Seattle for a few days prior to our Alaskan cruise. This condo was great for our family and was in walking distance to most restaurants and shops. Owners were very flexible and accommodating. All family members greatly enjoyed our stay.

Nice Condo, Perfect Location.

  • 5 of 5

My friend was visiting from Australia, and I live just south of Seattle, so we decided to vacation in the city. This condo was great, and we'd absolutely stay again. Much more affordable than any hotel in Seattle, and with a lot more room, plus the price includes secured garage parking with in/out priviledges (though we only drove one day). Tina and Stacy were great, easy to work with when making the reservation, and easy to get a hold of, when we had questions. Bell Town is a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of dining and bar choices, and it's easily walkable to Seattle Center (Space Needle, the EMP), and the waterfront and Pike Place Market. We picked up dinner at the Market one night and had a lovely meal in (kitchen wokred like a charm and had everything we needed). Washer/dryer worked great too, and wasn't even loud. View from the condo is fantastic. In the summer, you'll want to open up the windows right away, as it is WARM. One of the bedrooms is on the NW corner, and gets a nice crsoss breeze, which cooled the whole place pretty quickly, and the street noise wasn't bad at night, if you keep the windows open. No worse than any city, but if it bothers you, just crack the windows, a little bit, and keep the shade down lower. Seattle isn't a fun place to drive, so unless you're going to points north (Lake Union, Freemont, Ballard, UW, Boeing Everett plant, etc.), or south (Museum of Flight, Tacoma), I recommend you walk as often as you can. Seattle isn't all flat though, so though we walked most of the time, we did take a cab to Capitol Hill and once there, we walked all over, and took a cab back to the condo. It's not expensive, and the bars there were friendly, and the food and drinks interesting and delicious. The only other time we took a cab was to the Coleman Ferry Dock. It's a longer walk, due to a lot of construction going on right now, that keeps you from walking a straight shot down the waterfront, so you may want to Uber or cab it, if you're planning on walking on the ferry. The condo was a really great central location for anything we wanted to do, and the building was clean, secure, and quiet (we never heard other residents, or showers and such in other rooms). They supplied plenty of towels in the bathrooms, the kitchen was roomy and modern, the living room was comfortable for kicking back at the end of the day. The balcony was small, and we only sat there briefly, in the morning, but it's still nice to have, especially to cool off

time to see seattle before the cruise

  • 4 of 5

We stayed in this condo 3 nights before our cruise to Alaska. It is very centrally located. The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars was because of the night street noise and the insufficient A/C. It was very hot during our stay and the 2 portable units never brought the condo down below 79. If you do stay there I would highly recommend closing the blinds during the day to help keep the unit cool.

It is within walking distance to the space needle and pikes market and uber is very easy to use in Seattle. The parking space is a bonus!

Condo is well appointed and has beautiful views!

Tina and Stacy are great to deal with!

Seattle Getaway

  • 5 of 5

Recently spent 4 nights at this location and it was perfect. Felt very secure in the building and garage parking (included in the price!) and we were able to walk everywhere in the area. The view from this condo was spectacular and the owners thought of everything we needed. We were even surprised to have coffee, cream and sugar for morning coffee. There were four adults and we had plenty of room for all of us without feeling like we were on top of each other. Definitely would stay here again on my next trip back to Seattle.

Seattle's Best!!!!!

  • 5 of 5

My husband, son and myself had the best time at this condo. It was everything the pictures showed. Perfect location, perfect views, perfect accessibility. We had no problems what so ever. We walked everywhere. Visted museums, a tour of the city, baseball game, nice restaurants and and also took the ferry to Bainbridge Island. We are definitely coming back.

Great Play to Stay

  • 5 of 5

We came early to Seattle before heading out on a cruise. This was our first time using VRBO & it worked out great. We were 4 adults with 1 child & spent 2 nights in this "better than hoped for" condo with gorgeous views in a good building in a good part of the city. It was so much more pleasant than staying in individual hotel rooms and also cheaper. As mentioned in other reviews, it was in walking distance to all the major city attractions. There is a cruise dock w/in walking distance, but ours was further away, but still just a quick UBER ride. Darkening shades would help but we have learned to bring along sleep eye masks. As in many places in Seattle, there was no central air. There were small A/C's in the closets, but we could not find any info on how to use them. Open windows provided ventilation & by the 2nd night, we were used to the "city noises". We all agreed that if in Seattle, we would stay here again.
