Is a newly renovated, beautiful luxury villa with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 2 bathrooms, large private flowered gardens with a massive 12m x 6m private swimming pool and free Wi-Fi internet access. Situated in the quiet rural location of El Campano it is close to several golf courses.

If you want a relaxing holiday away from the stresses and strains of modern life within close proximity to the beach, close to some of the most historic places in Europe, then this is a great place to base yourself. Cadiz is only a 30 minute drive away and is the oldest inhabited city in Europe and certainly one of the most beautiful. Sevilla and Jerez are also an easy drive away.

The owner of this property has recently re-furbished this villa to a very high standard of comfort and quality during 2011 & 2012. Located in a peaceful and quiet setting you are still close to many attractions and a great road network for special days out. The golden sands of La Barrosa beach are only a twelve minute drive away.

The villa has a build size of 160m2 and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is wood laminate flooring, ceiling fans, double glazing and mosquito blinds throughout the whole villa. There are additional free standing heaters available for those cooler winter evenings.

The master bedroom (Bedroom No 1) has a double bed measuring 150cm wide, built-in wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinet with lamp, heater and ceiling fan. There are French doors leading out to the back gardens and swimming pool.

Double bedroom (Bedroom No 2) also has a 150 cm wide double bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinet with lamp and ceiling fan. There are French doors leading out to the back gardens and swimming pool. There are two further twin bedrooms with twin beds, bedside table with lamp, built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans with views over the front gardens.

There is a family bathroom with a bath tub with overhead shower, corner shower cubicle with double shower head, toilet, sink with mirror and down-lighters and heater. The other bathroom has a walk-in shower enclosure, toilet, sink with mirror and down-lighters and heated towel rail. Bed linen, one bath towel and one hand towel are provided for your use but not beach towels.

The living room has seating for 8 people to sit in comfort on one sofa and two arm chairs. There is a log burning stove for those cooler autumn and winter evenings. The large 40” flat screen TV shows, English, German, Spanish and a selection of other international television channels and DVD’s. There is a CD player and free Wi-Fi Internet access available throughout most of the villa and gardens.

In the modern well equipped kitchen you will find a built-in electric oven, a gas hob with extractor fan, microwave, fridge / freezer, juicer, kettle, coffee percolator, slow cooker, toaster, food processor, food blender. You will also find a dish washer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The dining room has a large wooden table and 8 chairs and is glazed on three sides offering views and access to the pool and rear gardens.

The villa sits within beautiful walled flowered gardens of 1600m2. The villa has large gardens to the front of the villa with a large grass area ideal for playing ball games. The rear gardens can be fenced off if required to provide a child friendly space to the front of the villa without allowing access to the pool. There is off-street parking for 4 cars.

The rear gardens and outdoor seating areas are really what make this villa. The large 12m x 6m swimming pool is the largest private pool that we have available throughout all our villas. The pool area is private and not overlooked by the neighbours and can be illuminated at night. At one end of the pool there is a pergola offering shade from the sun when required where there are 8 sun loungers. Behind this sits an outdoor bar with bar stools, outdoor fridge and sink. Under a large overhanging tree there is an outdoor dining table with 8 chairs. Next to this is a large outdoor cooking area with a built-in gas barbecue, electric 4 ring hob and sink.

This villa has double glazing and mosquito nets throughout for your comfort.

This villa has a No pet rule to prevent allergies and there is No smoking allowed in the villa but please feel free to smoke outside.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Über das Haus selbst braucht man nicht viel zu schreiben, die Bilder sprechen für sich. Alles ist genauso wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig, dennoch ist man in 10 min. mit dem Auto in einem der zahlreichen Supermercados der Umgebung. Die Übergabe/Betreuung durch Greg Simmons war ebenfalls perfekt.

The old town of Chiclana is 6 kms from the beaches of La Barrosa and is a great place to visit to buy fresh local produce, including fish, meat and vegetables and then enjoy a coffee in one of the many narrow streets.

The Chiclana area is renowned for its beauty with protected nature parks, stunning beaches and wonderful sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean. The beaches of La Barrosa are the envy of the region and extend for 8 kms. White sand, backed by sand dunes and pine trees they extend to rocky points and wrap around to the estuary and marina of Sancti Petri. Here you can eat and drink or enjoy the activities arranged by the water sports centre or go for a boat ride around Sancti Petri Island. Other sporting activities in the area include, horse riding, tennis, go-karting, fishing, golf, surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking, diving, the list goes on.
