"We have rented many condos & houses over the
years & this was one of our nicest experiences. We
had 12 people & lots of room & beautiful furniture.
We were there for a funeral at Arlington, with
family meeting there from all over including Hawaii
& the mainland.
Thanks again to Amy for helping to make this a go.

Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful venue to accommodate our entire group. Everything was perfect! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Your home made our long awaited Ring Dance at the US Naval Academy that much better. Thank you again.
The property was everything.that we saw online. We were expecting to have a hard time once we got onsite but there was no issues at all. There was more than enough room for our family.
Property was very nice and clean. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped for easy preparations. Big tables for family gatherings.
A couple lawn chairs would have been nice but overall an awesome week was spent at the location.
This home was perfect for our large group. There were plenty of comfortable beds and space for our family of 12. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and there was space around the table for nightly card games with the kids. This home is just a short walk to a cute little park where our kids went to play. At night the kids had fun playing in the large yard. There is easy access to highways and metro stops. I recommend this home to families visiting the Washington DC area as it provides a comfortable place to stay close to public transportation and highways.
We stayed in the house for a few wonderful days. Stella was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. The home was well maintained, with freshly laundered linens, and cleaned for our arrival. The house is spacious and our relatives were delighted to each have a room to themselves. Location is great, about a 20 minute drive from Washington, D.C.'s landmarks. It's too bad this property was listed for sale when we were there, but we would gladly stay in any place offered by Stella in the future. Thank you!
This house is huge, bigger than we actually needed, but allowed everyone a choice of bedrooms. The bedrooms we used were very comfortable - good beds and plenty of drawer space for clothes. We had plenty of hot water, but 2 of the upstairs bathrooms didn't have towel rods and the third had a fairly small one. Since two of the three are meant to be shared bathrooms, that was a problem for us. There is also a bathroom downstairs. Downstairs are a comfy family dining room that seated 6 (perfect for us) and a formal dining room with a table large enough for 12, and since there are 6 of us and we invited 6 other relatives for dinner, that was great. There is a large formal living room that we used for the party for our relatives and a family room with extremely comfortable leather furniture that we used every day to watch the huge TV. The kitchen has all the appliances one might need (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, toaster oven). But there was a stovetop with a sign that said it needed repair and that didn't happen until Thursday of our week's stay which started on Saturday (butane burners were provided but they had a caution notice not to use them indoors). When Amy, who is I think a manager or agent for Stella, found out about the caution, she took them away and someone came to repair the stovetop, but we only had use of it Thursday night, Friday, and Saturday morning. There were a couple less serious problems which Amy sent someone to take care of quickly (disposal didn't work, which may have caused the dishwasher to back up.) All in all, it was a reasonably priced, comfortable house, short driving distance to a metro stop to get into DC, and Amy was quick to respond to problems, but we were kind of bummed that we didn't have the stovetop from the beginning as we had bought groceries expecting to cook family dinners. A text or email mentioning the non-functioning stovetop would have helped us know not to buy some of the kinds of food we brought, and a quicker repair would have been helpful.
