Villa Nin is on the seafront overlooking the sandy bay and the harbor entrance in the distance of Cala D'Or. The villa is located in a quiet area, just 400 meters from the sandy cove Caló des Pou and 600 m from the center of Cala Egos with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The stylish port of Cala D'Or with restaurants and cafés is 1. 4 km away and the center of Cala D'Or, where you will find a variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops in a pedestrian zone, within a 5 minutes by car. Around Cala D'Or there are several beautiful sandy coves of Cala Gran and Cala D'Or. Here you can enjoy water sports or take a trip and discover the beautiful south-east coast on the glass bottom boat. The charming port of Porto Petro can be reached within 5 minutes by car.

The House

Nin is a super spacious seafront villa with 300 sqm of living space with lots of natural light on two floors. The villa has a lot of character, there are many beautiful and unique details. From the entrance there is access to the open bright living / dining room with a large dining table and comfortable sofas. From here you can enjoy spectacular sea views and access to the covered terrace with stunning views to the open sea. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and features a breakfast nook. From the kitchen there is access to the covered terrace and into the garage (at your disposal!)Where there is an extra fridge and freezer. On this floor there is a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower, access to the terrace with sea views and a twin room with private bathroom. The two bathrooms were renovated in 2015. From the hall an open staircase leads down to the lower floor where there are four further bedrooms, two doubles, one twin and one single bedroom, two of them have Seascape. Each room has a private bathroom with shower. On this floor there is a second sitting area with a sofa and a TV, as well as the utility room with washer and dryer. From this floor there is access to a second covered terrace by the pool overlooking the sea.

From the front terrace there is an outdoor staircase in the equipped gym.

The grounds

There is a large courtyard with Mediterranean plants, a nice barbecue area with a barbecue, sink, table and chairs for dining in the shade of Plamen at the front. The back of the house is wonderful, here you can enjoy the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, the view of the tranquil Mediterranean Sea with the sailing boats that make their way from the open sea to the port. The covered terrace from the living room has a living room and a dining area with stunning sea views. On the ground floor there is a second covered terrace with sitting area by the infinity pool (9 x 4m, depth min. 0.95 m. Max. 2 m.) With Roman steps. This is the perfect place to enjoy the balmy summer evenings with sunbathing and a refreshing swim. From the garden there is direct access to the sea. Metal stairs you can go directly into the sea.

ECOTASA // Touristensteuer
Die Balearenregierung hat eine Steuer mit der Bezeichnung "Steuer für touristische Aufenthalte" eingeführt (besser bekannt als die "Ökosteuer), die ab dem 01.07.2016 in Kraft getreten ist. Es betrifft alle Personen ab 16 Jahren. Kinder und Jugendliche unter 16 Jahren zahlen keine Ökosteuer.
01.Mai bis 31. Oktober – Hochsaison: 1,10 Euro pro Person pro Tag für die ersten 8 Nächte. Ab der 9. Nacht 0,55 Euro.
01. November bis 30. April - Nebensaison: 0,55 Euro für die ersten 8 Nächte und 0,28 Euro pro Person ab der 9. Nacht .
