We welcome you to our light, spacious 1300 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo equipped with everything you will need to make your mountain experience the trip of a lifetime! Due to its corner location with large picture windows, our Tannenbaum II condo provides a most serene view of spectacular pine trees accompanied by the soothing sounds of the Blue River. We are located only a short, 6 minute walk from the Quicksilver chairlift and ski school as well as Breckenridge’s charming Main Street with its many interesting shops, galleries, and fabulous dining. A swimming pool and indoor & outdoor hot tubs are just a short, 100 yard stroll away. You will find easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails, performing arts center and all that Breckenridge has to offer all year long.
Lots of amenities are included to enhance your mountain stay: gas fireplace, upscale furnishings including 3 flat screen HDTVs (one is a 37 inch with DVR), cable and wireless internet, washer/dryer, gas BBQ, & access to a large picnic area. An elevator makes unloading luggage, groceries, and skis & boards an easy task. Parking is provided for two cars (one is covered), and permits are required.
Bedrooms are oversized to easily accommodate 8 guests. The large master bedroom has a king bed plus daybed and sitting area as well as a private bath. The second large bedroom has 2 queen beds plus a daybed and private bath. A third full bath is located just off the great room for your convenience.
Because we are always mindful that you will be making your selection of accommodations from among many available properties, we simply ask that you read the reviews that have been left by our guests over the past years. We feel that there is no better advertisement than a satisfied customer.

We are retired with three children, eight grandchildren and two granddogs. We love to golf, read, travel and most of all we enjoy spending time with our family.

We have been visiting the Colorado mountains since the '80s with our children. We love Breckenridge both winter and summer. Living in Texas, we love having a cool place to visit in the summers. We are a family of skiers, and there is no better place to ski than Breckenridge.
You have a well appointed condominium: a) comfortable as if at home; b) updated; c) great sleeping arrangements; c) plenty of bathrooms/showers; d) my wife loved the washer/dryer; e) functional ski storage; f) proximity to slopes and town.
I am wary to write a review - this will increase pool of interested parties and decrease our chance of obtaining in future. :)
We loved the condo, especially the fireplace and the proximity to the quicksilver lift and Main Street. We will for sure rent this home again!
The four of us had a great time and enjoyed the condo immensely. The location was as expected and good – walking distance to Quicksilver Lift. We really enjoyed having a covered parking space, individual entrances to the bedrooms with locks so we did not have to find a key, humidifiers and the comfortable beds. The living areas were spacious and could be used for a big family. The condo is decorated tastefully. Our only suggestion would be brighter lights in the bedrooms for some of our seasoned eyes. We will certainly look for this condo again when we come back to Breckenridge.

We stayed at the property at the end of January and loved the ability to walk to the slopes and walk to town. The location is great! The owner was very responsive and contacted us to make sure that we had all of the check-in information. The townhome is furnished very nice and was comfortable for the 4 of us adults. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The exterior of the building and elevator are dated. The only downside is there was no shampoo or conditioner in any of the bathrooms.
The condo has everything you need! For a group of girls the 3 bathrooms were ideal. Plenty of linens, but no toiletries. Kitchen is well stocked with spices and all the staples. There is plenty of room to spread out, if either lounging or dining/working at the dining room table (because some of never get to fully leave the computer behind). It snowed every day during our stay and the garage was a huge time savings and convenience - no dealing with the snow. The walk to town or the Quicksilver lift is truly a short walk, mostly down hill. Take the upper path/bridge back from the slopes at the end of the day for an even shorter walk. But don't try the upper path going to the slopes- all up hill. We loved it.
