Wonderful vacation

  • 5 of 5

we booked this rental and were very pleased upon arrival to find all the towels, sheets and kitchen in very good conditional. The view is beautiful. The river is right out the back yard and very convenient for fishing. We saw wild life since it is at the edge of the park. An the hot tub was so very relaxing and an added bonus. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

A piece of Heaven on the San Juan river!

  • 5 of 5

Wow! We had the best time in your log cabin & we can't thank you enough! Everything stocked to perfection and just so warm & cozy! We loved the fireplace at night while playing board games as a family, amazing quality time without the city distractions. Our children loved their upstairs bedrooms and we all love the great room downstairs. The jacuzzi was one of our highlights, along with the SJ RIVER, as our backdrop, as we soaked our worries and ski aches away! Each night we would come home from Wolf Creek and start the fireplace, cook, play games, and sometimes watch movies with the grand finale in the Jacuzzi! We loved your neighborhood and especially the location! Minutes to WC and town! We met a few neighbors as walking the neighborhood and everyone was so friendly! Thanks again and we 100% we be back next year, if not this summer, for a different kind of adventure! Amazing home and vacation! We loved our stay at your home!!!!

Great get away for Elk hunters

  • 5 of 5

My husband packs into the San Juan Mountains to go Elk hunting, this year I decided to go with him only stay in a cabin and shop Pagosa while he was hunting. This cabin is perfection! The hot tub on cold nights, turn off all the lights in the house and watch the stars. Amazing!!! Also you should go to Williams Lake, most beautiful place I've ever been to. I did not have much luck fishing behind the cabin, but I'm not use to trout fishing in a river. I lost a lot of tackle, but it was worth it. Take a good book and sit by the river and read or nap. A perfect place to get away. Still close to town.

River Lodge Review

  • 5 of 5

My sister and I rented River Lodge the first part of August, 2010. The lodge is very comfortable and does fit the description. It was charming and just right for two. The hot tub was very clean and just the perfect way to start and end the day. The river adds a perfect touch as well. Fishing was poor due to heavy rain every day. I would rent this cabin again.

Perfect Mountain Fishing Get-A-Way

  • 5 of 5

My husband and son were wanting to fish in the mountains...couldn't be better! They could walk out the door and fish! The home is cozy and has everything needed. The patio gas grill allowed for many delicious meals cooked in a beautiful setting. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with pots and pans. All the bear and deer decor was really cute throughout the home. We had trouble using the internet (had to do a little work). Got a little warm a coulple of nights, opened windows and turned on box fans. Great home, great location, super vacation! Wish we could have stayed longer.
