LaPlaya has a gated entry, porte cochere and covered parking. The property also has private beach access leading to 300 feet of Gulf front beach. A new beach boardwalk has amenities including a shower and seating, making access to the beach easy for all ages. The spacious 36 x 30' workout facility, located on the ground floor, is fully equipped with first class equipment and has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the heated pool and rolling waves of the Gulf. The property's low building density ensures easy, uncrowded access to both the workout room and heated pool.

The balcony runs the entire length of the property and provides guests with easy access and magnificent views from the dining room, great room and master bedroom and master bathroom.
The gourmet kitchen features cherry cabinetry, granite counter tops, tumbled tile backs plash and stainless steel appliances. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities of an upscale residence. The great room features luxurious furnishings through out the dining area, gathering area and game table area with a wine bar and custom powder room/half bath for visiting guests. The updated electronics include flat screen TVs, VCRs, DVDs, Stereo, Video Library and board games to provide in residence entertainment.

We have always LOVED the Gulf Coast and our move to Atlanta in 1971 gave us the perfect opportunity to really enjoy the beauty and serenityof the Pan Handle on family vacations. Over the years we hvae rented properties from Ft Walton to Panama City and Destin to Rosemary Beach.We have always dreamed of one day owing a little piece of that beach. In 1995 we discovered the perfect place to do it Perdido Key.The Key's proximity to Atlanta ( 6 hrs drive ) to the Pensacola Airport, coupled with its large stretch of National Seashore made us fall in love with it immediately.We knew that this would be the place where we would finally realize our dream of owning a beach home. Since that time we have owned 4 conods on the Key looking for the perfect one.
302 LaPlaya is the condo we chose as our perfect property.It is located on a small dead end side street that leads to the Johnson Beach National Seashore 1 mile away. During construction we spent hours inspecting the views to find the perfect unit on the perfect floor.This provided our view out of the 'wall of windows' in the Kitchen/Great Room Area to be a perfect horizon view ( not too high/not to low ) The 450 sq ft covered balcony overlooking the Gulf provides 180' views and the breeze and sound of the waves crashing on the shore. We are walking distance to restaurants,bars,shoping and 10 minutes from the National Naval Air Museum ( Free Admission ) We are a quiet Low density building. We are a close ride to Orange Beach Al and Gulf Shores Al with all the other activities you may want to explore. If you enjoy eating out you will only be able to sample a few of the large number of fine restaurants. This will allow you to revist us again. The beach scene is perfect for all ages and kids will find it easy to find new friends on the beach. The National Seashore has miles of deserted beach for fishing, walking and exploring. It is the perfect place to escape to when you want to get away from it all and enjoy unspoiled nature. It is a' Perfect 10 for Biking '
Our family of four couldn't have been happier with our stay! The condo is beautiful- exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious; even better than in the photographs. My two teenaged daughters appreciated having their own en suite bathrooms (as did we!). The view from the large deck/master bedroom/living room is incredible, and the beach was never crowded. I will miss our morning sunrise walks down the beach to the National Seashore. We took advantage of the exercise room and pool, and essentially had both to ourselves just about every day. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are also a number of terrific restaurants nearby. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had throughout the process. Thank you for an idyllic week!

Our family could not have asked for a better week. Not one thing was missing from this beautiful condo! We all decided this was the best condo we've ever stayed in. Can't wait to book again.
My husband enjoyed your beautiful condo! The beach and pool were very nice....really enjoyed the heated pool! The food at Fisherman's Corner was wonderful...we went there twice! There are three nice parks to explore and also The Bellingrath Gardens near Mobile, AL are beautiful! The balcony at your condo is huge....biggest one we have ever seen! The area is quiet....no traffic, and just a wonderful place for a little rest and relaxation! The Snyders Corydon, IN
Joe and Lin were so nice and so easy to work with. All of our expectations were exceeded. We came to Perdido Key for spring break and to celebrate my daughters 10th birthday. We were looking for an area that would not be overly congested during spring break and that is just what we found. We all felt we were on our own little piece of paradise. We have never experienced such a relaxing spring break and still everything that we needed was less than a 5-10 minute drive away. We visited The Alabama Gulf Zoo and loved it. The girls played with lemurs and spent time with a sloth. The condo is absolutely beautiful and very clean, we felt at home right a way. The twin room had just been redecorated and the girls loved it. The master bedroom and bathroom is amazing. We slept with the patio door open so we could listen to the ocean. I have to say our favorite place in the entire condo would have to be the patio/balcony area and we had most of our meals there. Why go out when you have the best view of the gulf just a few steps away? We didn't want to leave and are already planning our next trip. Our family had a great time enjoying the beach at this upscale condo. Even on spring break we did not have crowds at our beach condo. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and stores, but also away from the crowds. The only negative point with this complex is the parking. We had a mini van and parked next to another mini van was very tight. Folks on the passenger side had to get out before pulling in. We had elderly family with us who the manager let use the last handicap spot, which we appreciate. There is another lot down the main road, but not within walking distance. We'll be back, it is a wonderful condo,
